Terrible experience. We order our pizza on Friday at 11p online. My daughter calls and asks about 12p to check on the order, only to be told they didnt have the order and they hung up on her when she asked about still getting the order. Saturday near midnight (24 hours later) the pizza hut delivery guy shows up at my door. Were startled at first with someone approaching our door that late unexpected. I had been planning to call the store because i noticed that had charged our card early on Sat. I declined the pizza order and asked driver to have manager call... On Sunday PM i call and speak to the manager who offers no explanation, no apology and when asked to speak to her GM declined to give me the name and said they would be in tomorrow and i could call back. We wont be foing Pizza Hut which wont be a great loss as the food has been losing quaility and now the service just reached an all time low... talk about a day late and dollar short! Bye...

[edit] I called the manager and she couldnt be nicer. When In doubt, try someone who knows whats up. // There was a coupon for a large pizza and 16 bone out wings. I placed my order online and then promptly called the location to see if they could do two different flavors since the wings would serve two different people with two different preferences. I felt as if it was a reasonable request. They sell orders of 8 wings. The person who answered my call had zero sympathy. Offered zero suggestions. She was most pleased when I gave up. @PizzaHut corporate. I hope you read this review. We like your pizza. We order it regularly. This service is NOT effortless. Its disappointing and inexcusably frustrating. Next time I will order from @Dominos or from a more expensive local place.

I agree with one of the other writers that Stephen the manager is a complete idiot. I have been a loyal weekly customer for over 7 years and he has completely ruined any trust that I have in this Pizza Hut. I feel bad for the employees there that have to deal with such a pitiful leadership. When asked why any of the employees were happy to work with me in ordering he had zero compassion and the normal corporate answer. Really a shame since I always tipped the drivers extra. Stephen has no understanding on how to run a business or how to treat customers. DO NOT order from here unless you are completely desperate!

We always get from here a large Hawaiian bbq and a large supreme. Both with the stuffed crust. The flavor and quality of pizzas are good and is what keeps us ordering again and again. The service is not that good. Delivery ppl never bring packets of cheese or pepper flakes. Calling them and asking them to bring some doesnt help. Hope they improve their customer service.

Placed and online order at about 10:40. The guys calls to say oh we are out of pan crust all they have is thin crust I say ok... then he says oh it will be 2 hours for delivery. In stead of lying just be honest and say you are closing. Geez First and last Pizxa Hut experience.

We live 1 mile away, literally a 5 minute drive and they wont deliver to us! Told us to try a pizza Hut that is further away! Ridiculous!

They charge you $2.50 for delivery for you but do not give the drivers that money. Then they were 30 minutes late.
