Customer service is bad, and when you order carry out late at night the cashier claims that they dont have change for a $100 dollar bill for a order of $45 and we were supposed to get $55 back. So instead we left and the "manager" told us "you guys cant leave because you still need to pay for your order". and my dad asked the manager if they had change and she claimed that they didnt have any and I said thats only for delivery people because they carry less than $20 and we were at the restaurant itself and they HAVE to carry more than $20 for big orders and for those who pay with a $100 bill. If you only have a $100 bill and want pizza go to dominos or pizza patron, they are cheap and carry more than $20 late at night in carry out restaurants and some dont rip you off. And also we were ripped off at this Pizza Hut location because we wanted to dine in at 9 but they close at 11pm and we werent given service for 30 minutes until one of the clerks came to our table and claimed that they closed at 9pm when they closed at 11pm, and we left. Dont come here until the issues at this location get addressed and they hire a better manager. Ill update this review until the issues are resolved.

Despicable service and the employees are rude. Two times we visited and regretted it twice. They keep the doors closed even after opening hours, leave spills on the floor, and dont call when your order is ready. I had my order almost cold when they finally gave it to me, didnt bother to warm it up. Cashiers refused to take my name and phone number when I ordered, then claimed they got the wrong name. Another cashier charged me more than what the promotional sale supposed to be before tax, and refused to abide by said promotion on unlimited toppings, just offering three. I also spotted a homeless vagrant entering and pestering customers for money, then asking for left overs at the cashier. None of the employees bothered to ask him to leave. Im never coming to this location again.

You want to talk about someone who is beyond pissed off right now? I dont think anyone who has wrote a review for this place can hold a candle to what is going on with me. I ordered my pizza ONLINE and got the notification at 7:41 PM!!! on Thursday July 28, 2017. It is now 12:28AM on on Friday!!!! I have still yet to get my pizza!!!! I called them twice and they told me they are short on drivers, BUT they have my pizza and he is still going to deliver. I called at 8:53PM, 10:39 (trying to maintain my patience) then four more times well after midnight and have yet to speak to anyone or heard one got damn knock on my door to take my pizza. I want not only my money back but I want to speak to the manager of this store in the morning!

Pizza Hut in general is my favorite place in buy pizza from....But this location can never seem to get its head out its ass. Its basically a hit or miss on whether they will have your order correct or not. I just left there with the wrong order for the last time. My mistake for not opening the boxes to check before leaving, but those girls working the front counter had one job. I went back to get a refund, because I didnt need no bitter worker being funny with my remake pizza. The manager gave me less than I actually paid for the damn pizza. Never again. Completely disappointed. Btw. Who ever orders Hawaiian pizza needs to just stop, because I never want to take that mess home again by mistake. Thanks.

This has to be the 5th time I order at this place. I have ordered in both Spanish and Emglish, and they still CANT get my oder right. `THEY ALWAYS FORGET SOMETHING!` I paid extra for ranch and they didnt give it to me. I asked for cheese and they gave me red pepper instead. ***I Dont know why they recently changed their option to "You can only place your order to the Pizza Hut that is closer to you"-- well, This sucks! This location sucks too! Please excuse my language, but Im just being honest"...*** (I like the Illinois location--so much better; theyre super nice there).

This Pizza Hut offers a buffet as well as a carry out/pizza delivery service. The carry out option is the one Id recommend first, the pizza will be nice and hot, you pay less (depending how you pay) and you dont have to tip. Plus I never really had any real problem with the staff. Delivery is one I dont do often, but when I do its not disappointing. The buffet option is not that great. I say that its quality is better that Cicis Pizza, but doesnt have have variety. They only have 4 different types of pizza, some bread sticks, and salad with dressings.

My favorite pizza place in the last year. Hands down. Love the fact that you can add all the toppings you want on your $8 pizza and they do it for you happily. Everything tastes fresh and is absolutely delicious. I like the option for the Mini pizza also just Incase you dont want a whole pizza. Definitely a must try in my opinion. Another thing that really appeals to me is the speed with which the employees operate. Fast and at the same time cordial and super friendly. Makes you want to come back. Keep up the good work guys. You have a customer for life.

The service here is trash. I hope people actually pay attention to the ratings on these places before choosing where to get their food from. I waited an hour and 40 minutes to get my food delivered and I received no call. I called 6 times to check in an hour into the wait and I got hung up on 5 times. I had to show up myself to pick up my food but at least got $60.00 worth of free food. I do not recommend this location or service to anybody. I wish I could give this place a lower rating.

OMG.... THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PIZZA HUT I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. LAST NIGHT I PLACED AN ORDER THEY MADE A COUPLE OF MISTAKES I CALLED BK TO INFORM THEM ON THERE WRONG DOING N THE GUY WHO I SPOKE WIT SAID HE WOULD PT A CREDIT ON MY ACCOUNT FOR 2 LARGE PIZZAS NOW TODAY I CALL N MS ERICA IS THE MANGER IN SHE TELLS ME THERES NO CREDIT ON MY ACCOUNT AN THERES NOTHING SHE CAN AS A MANAGER.. SHE WAS VERY RUDE NO FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICES!!!!!

I love this Pizza Place. To come here eat. and bring my friends to hang out. and is place in side and out, and you dont need to worry about nothing. Because there always a Police officer there. and there Food is real good. You can have a salsa, and then your Pizza with your drink and your sweetbreads, and having a nice time. With friends. Or Family. Oh, and you service right on your table. and there Pizza, you can never stop eating. Is so good. .

Only reason Im giving this three stars is because the pizza tasted very good actually. Its not five stars because we ordered two pizzas and they were not sliced evenly and they were off center. Very random cuts and some pieces were HUGE and some were tiny. Both pizzas were cut unevenly and the dessert was also cut unevenly. The mens bathroom looked like a gas station bathroom. It was dirty and the sink was dirty also as I washed my hands.
