Service was the worst service ever. Ordered large brisket dinner and got 4 small pieces of meat for $9.99, but another customer had more received more brisket 6 slices on a two meat platter. So I tell the young man this isnt enough meat I could still see the bottom of container and he says thats what you get for the price. So I said I would like to change to the half chicken if I couldnt get more brisket. He tells me that he would have to get approval from the manager to give more brisket or give me the difference of payment. Manager was sitting in dinning room with a employee until I said there was an issue with my food. After waiting 8-10 minutes for the manager to come from the restroom she is told Im waiting to see her and she saids I know and start talking and hug a worker that was getting off. After waiting 3-5 minutes she come to the corner to help me without washing her hands and act like I was a bother to her. She tells me its only a dollar difference so you want your dollar back. Then had to wait 3-5 more mintues for her to find her keys to get my "dollar". I think they could be have been greatful that I was even spending money with them but it would be a long time before I visit again if ever.

Frequent the story (not any more) and notice the quality of employees and service has slowly deteriorated. The other night my wife and I went in to order carryout. Was charged dollar more, even though the half chicken was on sale for 7.99. They said that is only for the dark meat. Sign did not say that and cashier said that is policy. End of discussion. Then, I noticed the enmployee unocvered the veggie plate because he had put too many veggies on it and put some back in the hot servers. My first mistake-going back. Second mistake-using the restroom. It was gross to say the least. Something or someone has changed. I sent e-mail to corporate and was pretty much dismissed. "We will follow up by sending this to area manager." Yeah, right. Manager of the store used to be manager of Ryans and it closed. Accident?

As a family, we have our favorite items. This location is one of the better Boston Market restaurants. The only complaint I have is that they clear the tables for you. Often they dont have tables available that are cleared, but I clear tables myself if needed. I personally prefer to clear my own table during and after a meal. This isnt an option at Boston Market other than moving unwanted items to a uncleared table. The people are real nice and helpful. This location, on the most part, keeps their food available and at an appropriate temperature. They do well to keep customers served quickly. On the most part all that truly matters are well done.

Ive read some of the other reviews on here and I dont know maybe they have changed but my experience has been great. The food delicious, the service good, the dinning room clean and they have great drive through service as well. Thats just the service Ive gotten at this location, but Ive only been going to this location for a couple months so far and will continue to go here. I absolutely love boston market. Its one of my favorite places. :)

Was just here last week and had a real plate and real untinsles. Today we get a plastic plate and plastics ware. They said they are all dirty. Then the corn bread is cold. The potatos are not done. Oh its only 7on 3 hours before close so,i dont understand. Lol and they were playing Christmas music still it is middle February. I wont give up on them it was still good. Just saying.

The food is delicious, just like home cooking. The only issue is that they are behind on cleaning tables. I arrived there and there wasnt one single clean table, they either had dishes with leftovers from other customers or the tables were full of crumbs and dirty.

Was there yesterday around 3pm! Service and food have been great each time I have been here! The manager was very nice and courteous! If i have a negative, it would be I wish the portion of the sides that they give could be a little more!

Good food bad service. I asked for a kids meal then I said sorry let me just change it to a regular meal. When I got it it looked like they just put the kids meal in a big plate. Bad service and slow at times
