I ordered a pizza from this pizza hut for my girlfriend as a surprise. I am in Florida and she was of course in red oak, Texas. I asked that they tell her that "her bf loves her" when they delivered it. They went one up and even wrote it on the box with a heart in place of the "o" in "love". They even recommended that I order online to save money. They went above and beyond service and my girlfriend tells me the food was amazing. Wonderful delivery time as well. Will definitely be ordering from this pizza hut again

This place has the Worse Customer Service Ive ever experienced! I ordered a large pizza and the sausage was over cooked which made the pizza taste horrile.he manager named Nick answer the phone and basically called me a liar by saying that the pizza cooks at 400 degrees and he doesnt see how it could be over cooked. FYI when a customer calls back its normally to give you a chance to get it correct!

The service and quality of this restaurant have declined drastically. I was on hold to order a pizza for 30 minutes and they hung up on me before I could even order. Tried calling back again and waiting for another 15 minutes and decided to order from dominos. Maybe they can get it together and make customers the first priority, otherwise they will continue to lose them to better businesses.

I stopped here to pick up some dinner onext my way through town, but I was surprised at how kind and happy the employees of this Pizza Hut are! They work very efficiently and well together, making the short wait time pleasurable. The pizza is Pizza Hut pizza, good and fresh.

By far the best Pizza Hut I have ever tried! My crust was warm & soft, the amount of sauce was right on point. Great employees from the man that took my order to the lady who delivered. Most definitely going to order from this location again

Great pizza. Only issue with this Pizza Hut is the location. They wont deliver to my house yet dominos who is right next door will. Makes no sense.
