Beyond upset!!!!!!!! You have been my to go bakery for many years. I am extremely disppointed, I ordered a cake on Thursday online, after not receiving a confirmation or a call to confirm. I called Friday to make sure my cake order was ready to go. Someone answered the phone and confirmed my order will be ready for Saturday. She confirmed details of my order so Im not sure why they failed to make my cake. I showed up today for my husbands cake and nobody knew where my cake was. I spoke to the "manager" who didnt really give me much of a solution. He stated he knew who that young girl who made the mistake may be etc!!! (Not like that was going to fix my issue). It is my husbands birthday dinner tonight, he really wanted your specialty banana chocolate chip cake and now I have NO CAKE!! Dinner is in 5 hours!!!!!!!!! You should definitely hire people who are more responsible. I have referred many people over but I will now consider a different place.

I am horrified at the customer service I received today. I placed an order for a ready made cake over the phone this morning and said I would be by later today to pick it up. I offered to pay over the phone to hold the cake and the gentleman said that was not necessary and took my name and number. After driving across town to pick it up for a birthday party the lady behind the counter told me they sold my cake "because someone walked in and wanted to buy it so we have to sell it." Aside from the fact that I offered to pay for the cake over the phone this morning, I did not receive a phone call or any notice until I walked in the store to pick it up. It was a complete waste of my time, they were unapologetic and now I have no cake for my birthday party this evening. I have called the store several times since I left to speak to a manager and no one will answer the phone. Totally shady operations and they couldnt care less about the customer.

I treated myself to a red velvet cake for my birthday. After losing 14 pounds over the last 12 weeks, I was super excited to try the red velvet my favorite cake since I have not eaten any sweets over the 12 week period. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. The icing was good, but the cake was not fresh at all and actually tasted like it was a week old. I could have purchased a cake at Sams or Kroger and it would have tasted so much better and I could have saved A LOT of money. I will never come back.

Called at 8-am to see if they could accommodate a birthday cake to pick up in 11 days. They said they had availability. I told them Id seem that at lunch time, they said see you then. I left work downtown, came in to order, and they tell me they are booked. Shame on you, will never ever be back and will tell anyone who asks to use someone else.

Awful customer service. They have never answered the phone. Left several messages with no response. Ordered online with no response. Finally drove there and a very rude and smug red haired girl thought it was funny I didnt get a response back. They will never get my money again.

My experience with Society Bakery was nothing short of pleasant. They were quick with their responses and the custom cake was EXACTLY what I wanted! A special thank you to Jamie for the delicious red velvet cake with cookie dough icing; my boyfriend LOVED it!!

Society made a wonderful chocolate sponge Barbie cake for my daughters 5th Birthday, it went down so well, was supposed to serve 30-40 but 27 people devoured the whole thing, as it was amazing! had so many compliments. thank you guys, will be back next year!

I purchased a rose teal ombre cake from Society Bakery in the flavor of Italian Cream and it was delectable and exquisite. The design and flavor exceeded my expectations. Not surprising why this is the #1 place for cakes and cupcakes.

Staff never fails to deliver. Always ready to help. it does get busy which could be misinterpreted as rude, my experience was amazing and the flavors of the cupcakes are delicious. German Chocolate is the best.

Very expensive with no quality. After reading good review i tried a cake for my wifes birthday, it was Present Cake extra small which cost me 88$ but it was not worth. Please dont get fooled.
