Im a regular customer to them and had two Groupons with my two young kids. They told me i could only use one because i was at one table, so i said ok to that. I just wanted wanted to dine pleasantly with my kids, i wasnt hungry so only my two kids were eating and i ordered two dishes. They came back to me saying only two can dine in and the Groupon was not valid otherwise. I said,Im not eating my kids are eating by that time things became so un pleasant and i didnt wanted my kids to sit there and eat so I asked can we get the food to go, and then they said the coupon was only valid with dine in. I asked for the owners number. I called the owner and he said the same thing with no respect whatsoever, he also said that for the Groupon to be valid you have to wait outside the restrurant while your kids (who are young) are eating or sit in the car. Basically telling me that i had to wait outside while my kids ate inside for my Groupon to be valid. Get ready to buy their water bottles because they dont give you water picture anymore and they force you to buy their water bottles or go thirsty! I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN, IT WAS TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

We came to this place for iftar dinner for our fast, were told due to the volume of customers it would take about 30 minutes and were seated. After 40 minutes we inquired about the status of the food and received assurances it was on the way and that the owners had just opened their fast. We saw individuals and families who came after us being served and assumed they had ordered ahead until we saw some of them placing orders and getting served before we did. Asked the servers and they said it was on the way. Ok, we waited this long well wait a little more sometimes it happens. One and a half hour later we decided the food wont be coming, the staff yet tried to assure us its coming out in just a few minutes but this was enough. The owner was standing by the checkout and we mentioned to him that our iftar dinner was ruined and it wouldve been polite to serve all customers in order and on time. His response was that I hope things work out better next time. Yeah okay. There will certainly not be a next time at this place. Please take your business elsewhere. Ridiculously rude and inconsiderate.

I keep hearing that this place has the BEST Nihari on the planet. Even my family members who have tried it, suggested we go there. Hell, they even took us there. We went there Sunday night at 8 and they ran out of Nihari:(. which sucks, I mean, you are open till midnight, how can you run out. But I keep hearing food is great but service not so great. I did not have any issue with service, the people were cool, we ordered chicken kari and it was good, and chicken tikkah was good. But Kebob and Bhari roll were not as tasty as I have had at other places. and nothing was spicy at all. So again, I will try and go ahead ...NOT on Sunday cuz they are closed Monday...... So maybe during middle of the week we will go and try Nihari and see how it is... and update review. I would give it a chance, I recommend calling ahead if you are going for NIhari :)

Extremely poor customer service. They were rude as if we owed them something. The food wasnt served even after an hour of ordering. Finally showed up after complaining and they MESSED UP THE ORDER! One of the platter didnt show up and then they billed us for it! When we asked for refund they refused to refund. They said we ordered it so we have to pay for it. The funny thing is that even after all that arguing for refund, when we said okay where is the platter that I paid for, I will take it home, it was not even ready! Like I can not believe it! 90 minutes after the order it still wasnt ready. I had to put in a dispute with AMEX. Really disappointing attitude towards the patrons. All of this for $25+20% ($30) on a $125 bill!

Pretty bad food. Ordered chicken korma and all it had was oil and bones of chicken. Bihari kabob was left untouched. It was that horrible. Asked for chicken biryani boneless and got biryani with only bones. Barely any meat, much less boneless meat. Asked the waiter about it and he said he will check on it and he never came back. Other staff was pretty rude because we asked to split the bill among the group. Im not sure how this place has a 4 star rating. Plates and utensils were also a bit dirty. Meh. Would not go again. I feel bad for writing a negative review but seriously, I dont want anyone else to be fooled by the rating. I took my guests there that were new to Dallas and it left a horrible impression, lol.

Great place. Good food. We had the Boneless Chicken Biryani, and Daal Palak. Biryani was good. My wife loved the Daal Palak. THEY close at 12; we arrived at like 11:30p and they sat us without showing any frustration. No one rushed us. The staff was very polite, the service quick. The Owner came by to say Thank You and to let us know about their weekend brunch. Also this place is 100℅ Zabiha too. I posted pics of the Pawn/Juice corner along with what we had. Id definitely say its worth a visit. Oh.. one note worthy comment is that its kept very clean. I mean they literally scrub the floors at night. The Mango Shakes are good. Hope that helps you decide your stomachs next stop!!

I was there for with my wife and friend and hes wife too. The waiting staff acknowledge us and we set. We order and it was like 35 minute waiting for our food. Even another three table has arrive after us and they received their food too. I tried to speak with one waiting staff, she mention will look forward. But same result no answer. So we decided to walk off, went to counter and ask for bill coke what we had during waiting for our food. StAff are not even apologized or feeling sorry. Very unprofessional, no manner. We felt insulted. Heard about lot of they them have good food etc. but the fact is we dont even get opportunity to have it. So recommend not to go.

Awesome food. This is my second time here. This time we Ordered mixed grill plate didnt know what to eat first everything was delicious. The Nans were fresh. Went there late Saturday night and were lucky to get a table vacant, had to wait a bit for the food as it was packed but it was worth it. Delicious food. A tip: Over the weekend order in advance this way you dont have to wait. And the chef comes in to each table and ask if everything is ok and tells us to enjoy the food. A nice touch. :) Extremely polite servers, who would come over and apologize for the delay.

Had heard a lot about this place and finally tried it today. The food is superb and delicious. Chicken and Goat preparations are all very authentic and amazing. Sure to remind of you some very delicious/authentic food served back in india/Pakistan. I also liked the hot served kulcha and garlic naan. Do try the chicken korma, chicken Karahi, boti kebab and chicken/goat biryani. Mango lassi pitcher will help you soothe the spice. The food is very authentic and you will leave the place satisfied and happy.
