Food is ok, used to be better though. I come here every Sunday, but may have to rethink that. The attitude from the lady (one who has a big mole on the tip of her nose) working today wasnt necessary for a basic question I asked. I really just used to come in to say hi to Lashaun and talk. Sadly, she doesnt work as often anymore. So, since shes gone and food and service has went down--Im starting to question.. whats the point? Also, food prices need to be on par with service. This is Dallas. People will go elsewhere.

This was my first experience of Texas BBQ (Im from Wisconsin). An article in a Dallas paper listed this as one of the 25 best places for BBQ in Dallas. It is South of Dallas, in a slightly economically depressed area, and we were the only customers there at the time. The food, however, was fantastic. The pork ribs were tender and smokey. The green beans, corn bread, and peach cobbler were particularly good. The beef brisket was also good, but not on the same level.

If Im going to pay $34 for 2 plates, you could at least be nice to me. Your food is majorly overpriced and the woman you have working behind the counter was disgustingly rude. Me and my boyfriend got a bbq plate apiece and the woman you have working behind the counter failed to tell us that for the plates we ordered we each get an extra side. The cook came out and told us. This is the second time visiting your restaurant and were always the only two here. I see why now.

This is the worst place ever!Paid $35 for 2 plates and not even enough meat on plate and im so sure that the bbq was leftovers from 3 days ago. Sides were disgusting and i even think the lady kept my change.... do not go there! We wanted to go to records but it was closed so it was our only option being nearby...i will just wait next time....if ct does not know how to cook bbq just dont do it! And stop using can foods!

The food here is really good, but you should know that they may not have barbecue ready. I know that sounds crazy but its true. They told me I had to ORDER a slab of ribs, as opposed to them being on hand. I just went a bit down the road to Records. But as I said, all the food here is great.

This is by far the nasties BBQ I have ever had in my life! My boyfriend and I came in for a link basket, and left with a greasy link soaked in BBQ sauce (terrible). My bread was soggy and the fries were disgusting! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!
