Randy and his crew catered my daughters wedding and we cannot say enough good things about the job they did. For a BBQ restaurant, they fajita meal they provided was one of the best I have ever eaten. To top it all off, Randy and all the servers were so friendly and helpful that they really helped make our special event such a success. Randy was always willing to answer any questions and he gave us a very fair price for a great meal. If you are looking for an outstanding caterer, then I highly recommend Randys BBQ!

Randys is an institution and thats what counts and matters. I dont mind being served and sent on my way. I dont mind that theres no fancy sauce island. I want my BBQ, I want it warm, and I want it at a price that allows me to load up and enjoy. All else is filling and fluffing and I dont need it. Thats why Randys has four stars, because it does the things right that define a BBQ joint.

Deeee-lish!!!! The stuffed baked potato w/ chopped beef and Randys sweet BBQ sauce is a meal of its own. The brisket is always juicy, tender, and full of flavor. The hamburgers are huge and delicious. The atmosphere is warm and the staff is friendly and eager to please. Randys BBQ has the other two joints in town beat by a long-shot.

We were looking for a barbecue place. We dont live far from Desoto, TX. We found Randys barbecue and catering in Red Oak, TX a few miles away. We walked into the dark and dim restaurant. The person behind the counter spit on the sink and we made an about face. This is one of the reasons that it is so difficult to eat out!!!.

The jalapeño sausage was pretty dry as was the pulled pork and brisket. If your looking for some quick BBQ for the price its not to bad. If your looking for Hard 8 BBQ this place is not for you. Maybe they just had a bad day but I doubt I would return.

Great homestyle BBQ. They have steaks, hamburgers, different types of BBQ. They also provide a catering service for family get togethers as well as business functions. Desserts are to die for; they use old family recipes.

I liked Randys barbeque, but the evening when we went there, the side vegetables were tasteless and way overcooked. The people were nice, but I wouldnt expect anything else in Red Oak.

For the price you cant go wrong! Food is better than the price implys and the staff is always helpful and friendly! Atmosphere and decor is exactly as it should be.
