Had an issue the first time I went opening weekend (girl accide tally gave my order to the guy in front of me) but the mgr was very apologetic and corrected the issue right away. It was afterall opening weekend and probably crazy busy inside. This time was seamless and the lovely lady at the drive thru made it even better. I mentioned sharing my burger and they not only cut it but wrapped each half separately. Talk about above and beyond!

18 minutes for double wb single meat burger and large fries. I was usually go to Mckinney I wanted to see new Princeton one. Do not go to new places workers dont know what to do they just running arround. When I get to go order from Mckinney when I arrive my home after 20 minutes usually still being warm. I took my order after 5 minute meat and everything was cold. I did not enjoy it and I will never go to New WB .

Extremely rude people work at this one. I was in drive through for more than 5 min finally I kinda hear lady but cant hear her finally another car pulls up to 1st lane and the lady comes back on were closed on lane 2 u can drive around and get back in line. I asked her why no sign was up or why nobody cod tell me b4 this and she didnt a swer I tried to call manager and they simply dont answer phone.

This is an amazing restaurants for a fast food place. Too bad theres so many rude customers that complain over the smallest thing just to get free food. I believe that all the employees should be treated with respect because they also have other customers to satisfy and theyre still able to manage to keep a smile on their face.

Super great service. Such a nice clean place with amazing workers. I recommend Esther as a "waitress" She just had a warm sweet smile always coming to check on us She just made us feel like we were all at home. The managers do a good job with them. The staff was kind and courteous the entire time I was there. Food came out in five minutes, though they werent busy. Great food, great service, respectful reception, and even friendly gossip. Very great worth ethic for a brand new store and staff!

This place is amazing! Most of the employees are friendly and although they might take a while sometimes, the food comes out tasting so good. My favorite employee is Corde. She is serious about her job and she always keeps a smile on her face.

I love whataburger, but you are better off going to the one in allen as the wait is usually over 20min. i have been to this one 5 times now and only once was my order actually correct.
