Ordered a cookie dough blizzard with reeces in it. The lady forgot the reeces so i asked her if she could put some in it. She admitted she messed it up so she sprinkled a spoon full on it andm ixed it into the top of the blizzard with the spoon. I asked her if she could remake it the right way and just sat there and argued that she mixed it in with the machine, so here i am eating a cookie dough blizzard... you would figure that when you pay the high prices of DQ yo would at least get what you ordered... also the last half of my blizzard was pure ice cream... such a bummer wont be coming back here.

My family have been coming here for over 15 years. We have watched it transform into a once run down building to a more modern and more professional restaurant. They are usually accurate and if there is a problem they will make it right. It is clean in the eating area and restrooms, They are often busy, but they try to move through the customers quickly. They are friendly enough and will try help you with your dining needs. Our family comes here fairly often.

I asked for a sweet tea, the girl filled my cup with ice i asked her to take some off and she said no because the ice will melt the tea was too hot. Well the ice didnt melt and on top of that she dropped some ice and put it back into my cup with her bare hands.. When I asked her for a straw she said " Oh lord, what else". Her manager was right behind her and shut the door on my face. ..

Love ice cream so we are regular customers here. They remodeled the place recently a little bit and built a nice outdoor sitting. Always busy that is good for a business. Sometimes they dont clean fast but its understandable: just call and they clean.

"Sourpuss" working the drive thru window today (3/22/17 at 3:15pm). My order was incomplete, didnt notice until I got to my destination. Easy order, no excuse for mistake and rude customer service.

It was free DQ ice cream cone day on Monday. I was bad and hadnt eaten all day and drove through the drive thru and got a 2nd free cone here. The servers were very fun and jovial here.
