Went for lunch and ordered through the drive thru they gave me someone elses order and by the time I got back to work and noticed I called and asked for the manager she admitted to me that they gave me the wrong order and said if I brought the order back that was given to me then she would give me the right one. I got a box of soggy tacos literally was mush and a chicken sandwich that was mush as well. I explained to her that I couldnt leave work again so could I come after work and get my money back and she said no bwcause it was wasting food. Horribke management and horrible careless staff not to mention. Disgusting food dont waste ur money or time go to mesquite or garland location

Went for a Tropical Blizzard. They hardly ever know what goes in it. Maybe once or twice have they got it right. They turned off the machine earlier so one of the ice cream was a small. Called up there to talk to the manage, and shes nice. Told her flat out theyre not smart enough to look in the book to see what comes in the blizzards. Just realized my Choco Cherry Love is wrong also. Thats a simple one to screw up. Told the employee that the tropical dont get pineapple, and she told me it did. Ive been getting that one for like 10 years. I know what it gets.

Worse Dairy Queen I have ever been to. This location has messed up more than once in the past, but this time Ive had it. I tried to give them chances, because I really like Dairy queens food, but it is just not worth it. This location is very rude and just messes up the orders to many times. This time I went they messed up 4 times and it was still wrong Finley I just gave up on them and just decided to never eat here agian. The worse thing is they were rude to me for it like it was my fault .

Ive been going to this DQ for two years, during that time Ive frequently used my _disabled_ mothers debit card. (she can no loner drive or run errands for herself). Up until last night there has not been a problem, now suddenly it is against their policy to allow that. It so so irritating when policy overrides customer service and satisfaction. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Walked in, knew i shouldve walked back out. Couple before us was wrapping up a 20 minute wait for 3 shakes. Flies everywhere, poor slow service, everything you can imagine. About 5 girls standing around behind the counter looking lost if you ask them why its taking 10 minutes for your food. Something needs to change here before they get shut down for health violations

Filthy, has loooked the same for past 20 + yrs. Thought Health Dept. Would have done something by now. I do not stop there. I know of 2 more locations,, same thing. On Military Pky. A Dairy Queen with an Asian touch. To dirty .I walked in to order, looked around and left. 3rd. On Gross Rd.Mesquite. Very Old place. Not vert clean looking.

Although foods are made to order, the tables arent clean and rags that are used to clean with are left laying by cash register on end of counter. The overall appearance of inside store is not very appealing. All windows are not cleaned properly. Will think twice before going to this location again.

Every time we have come here we have to wait a long time more than 15 minutesjust to get our food,but when youre in line and go to the window you see the workers talking,laughing while they still dont have your food,then they make tou pull out to the parking lot and wait

Not a great location, Ive been to this location 5 times and always slow service and always screw up the order. On top of that the good always tastes like its been cooked in old burnt oil. If your seriously wanting DQ there is a much better location off 45 dowdy ferry

Ladies on night shift were sweet and generous each one greeted me and were super courteous giving me a extra cookie dough in my blizzard...and for a restaurant that looks the way it looks i was suprised by how clean the restrooms were excellent experience.

I love DQ, but the one on this location is super filthy! The place always has flies & the tables seem as if they hardly ever get cleaned. The food is ok but the place is a dump both inside & out. Sorry but this DQ gets 2 thumbs down from this customer!

Customer service here is at its lowest! I Called SEVERAL Times To Place An order. It just rung and rung. There was no answer the first 3 times. Finally someone picked up the phone, and never said hello. They just laid it down to leave it off the hook!

Place is dirty and unorganized. Staff is nice and helpful. The are always running out of bananas because the owner doesnt understand how to run a business or order inventory. There are rats running around as well.
