I ordered food through the drive-thru...got home and missing the okra I PAID for...call back to let them know that it was left out...it was closing time so, I know they remembered and could look and verify but, the person that answered the phone had no MANAGEMENT SKILLS...she explained she would replace it tmrw....first Im not eating just okra and second Im not eating the same food again so, I explained that I wanted a refund she went on to tell me to call the owner and then went on to say I cant give his personal number then said call this number back tmrw....what I got out of that conversation was I just spent 17.00 and I called back to rip them off of 2.00 because I got my food...the manager on duty cant handle a situation except taking in money...I will be back for one last time and at the busiest time and everyone will know what took place...the rude manager that has NO CLUE is STEFANIE..will drive on n to McKinney to KFC or GOLDEN CHICK before I go 1 mile from my house to this DYSFUNCTIONAL UNMANAGED CHICKEN EXPRESS.

If I could leave less than one star, I would. I am getting married and was calling around for prices on chicken. My maid of honor called this franchise and the lady who answered and spoke with her was so incredibly rude that it prompted me to leave a review, which I never take the time to do. When I called back to speak with them, the lady would not answer my calls and went so far as to send me to voicemail. She finally answered and would not let me speak to anyone else and, instead of being nice or apologizing, she continued to be rude. I will never give them my business. I just called corporate and it turns out that this lady was not even the owner.

I am so disappointed in the manager .. Found hair in my mash potatoes ,didnt want anything in return for it just wanted it Not to happen to anyone else.. Suggested they implemented wearing hairnet when making mash potatoes, its not expensive to purchase box of hairnets and asking staff to wear.... Was told that they are not required to wear them and she has her hair up.. Messy bun.. VERY DISSAPOINTED !!

Definitely not the best Chicken E I have ever been to. However, despite getting my order wrong on numerous occasions they are always friendly and correct the order. Food is good and place always seems clean. 5 stars if they would just get the order right the first time! :-D

Weve been eating at Chicken-E for many many years now. We always get the tenders, and my sons put the red serendipity on it, I like the honey mustard sauce. The tea there is some of the best you will ever find and theyve got that cool crunchy ice. Its a favorite for our family.

Love the corn nuggets, the sweet tea and of course the chicken! Definitely one of my favorite chicken places! I prefer going through the drive-thru because theres always a ton of kids from the high school hanging out but i Chicken Express is awesome!

Being from NOLA, we only eat Popeyes fried chicken, but Chicken Express was a client of my husbands & hed eaten there a few times & brought it home for dinner one night, & we were hooked. Great fried chicken. Yummy dinner rolls. Very decent price.

EVERYTIME I GO HERE THE ORDER IS ALWAYS WRONG OR THEY FORGET SOMETHING. ALWAYS CHECK UR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING!!!!! How hard can it be to read and put the correct orders in the bag. Manager didnt even offer to make it right.

This location is dirty, the service is slow and often rude, and the food is not usually very fresh tasting. There is another chicken express less than 5 miles away (Custer and Eldorado) that is far superior in all ways.

I usually eat chicken express in Denton but was in the area for work so decided to eat there at 3:45pm. The food was old. I was sad that it was old and I guess Ill skip this location next time Im in town.
