I cant EVEN comprehend what just happened to me....wtf!! × infinity I ordered a belt buster #2 that comes with a 2 buns, two beef patties, cheese, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, and mustard with fries..right! Well after I got home, I bit into my belt buster that I payed for only to find out that theres no beef patties with cheese!...smh I dont know if the cook I high or going through a mid life crisis....lol But thats the first time EVER. The manager was a good guy. A very understanding individual with simpathy. I just want the cook to get some counseling. SpongeBob has left the krusty crab my friends and squidward is on the the grill. He is dropping the ball my friends. I not upset just disappointed with the cook for letting me starve after a long day working. I dont want him to lose job his over this. Ppl make mistakes, guys. Plus its just gonna add another person to our nations issues.

For a new restaurant this place is nasty. Dirty tables, floor in sticky, ice machine in broken, tea taste 5 days old, no greeting, no thank you and still waiting on our food after 15 min. Other customers that ordered after us got there food. Almost forgot food on floor under booths and table and we were the only people.

New store, so still learning; dont think theyre offering a full sundae menu yet. Very busy and working out the kinks. Not Handicap friendly. Wooden boxes limit path width, and patio only accessible from store. So have to go in and out of the store to leave patio.

Dude at the counter was nice, burger had way too much mustard, fries in my bag had all fallen out of their container by the time i got my food and they were undercooked. Also there was almost no lettuce on the burger. Service: Good Food: Terrible

Not being from here I came through the drive thru tonight maybe 2 minutes before midnight. The young lady taking my order was very pleasant and kind when I realized my error! The food is fresh and hot and delicious! Thank you very much!

Super-friendly young lady did an excellent job of taking and delivering our order, as well as greeting us and wishing us well on departure. Theyve come a long way since a somewhat chaotic opening last year. Glad to have them in Rowlett.

The food is good but the service is nothing to write home about. I am glad to see the owner hires teenagers but, they dont work like they want to work. I think with some proper training this could be a great place.
