These people are thieves and plain rude on the phone. The girl is nice, though. Ive ordered delivery three times, and they havent failed to disappoint. I usually order a large shake for dessert, and its always filled two thirds of a 24 ounce cup..Im not even exaggerating. A friend and I just ordered food. I ordered a meal and apparently, "two thirds of a shake," and he bought a 32 ounce with soda with his food. It was filled to the brim with ice, and his beverage was done just after a few sips. They are thieves. Two the times Ive ordered, including today, the fries and onion rings have tasted like they were yesterdays just reheated in the microwave. Almost like when you reheat McDonalds french fries. Go to Five Guys or In-N-Out instead. This place seems to be a family business that has now gotten so popular in McKinney, that the people who own it are now taking their customers for granted, therefore doing whatever they please as far as customer service and the quality of their product. I know this because I partly own a family business, and we all make sure to treat every new customer like our own family and get to know who they are to prevent the apathy that Pride Burgers is exhibiting.

We recently walked in this place. I was standing up reading a paper on the wall, hubby was sitting down and my 2 little girls standing up. The guy who took our order yelled at us to sit down. We were the only ones in this place. Then my girls wanted to sit at a booth behind us the guy yelled NO none of that. We sat down already upset then my 5 yr old stood up next to our table while we waited on our order and the man screamed SIT DOWN at her. She was so upset and crying. We left and will NOT be back. Our children were not loud, not running just my 5 yr old stood up. This has really ruined our day and crushed my little girl who sobbed and was scared and wanted to leave. The worst customer service we have ever seen at a business.

Ive been comming here since it opened. The food is awsome, the brothers who owne it are so sweet, and prices are still reasonable. This place is one of my favorite reasturants. Ive never had a bad experience here and my daughter was 18 months when we started going and she is 22 yrs old now.Ive ordered on the phone, been through the drive through and ate inside. Never once have i had an issue except for finding a seat to sit because it was so busy.The owners are brothers from Isreal. They are sweet and loving. They have always been very nice to me, my friends, my family, and people Ive sent there to eat. People have bad days but if they do the try very hard not to show it to the customers.

Ive been going to pride burger since i first moved to mckinney. At first they were really awesome and had great customer service but i guess as the uncle(owner) gets older he gets meaner. The rest of the staff are very sweet and patient but the owner is terrible. the prices have gone up horribly and the food isnt getting any better. you seriously have to ask them to not over cook it, and sometimes he gets angry. I just got off the phone with them and theres a new girl and the owner just yelled at her because I kept changing things on my oder. but I love all of his sons and the older white man. also the short hispanc guy is super super sweet.

Just tried this place for the first time and we loved it. Hubby and I both ordered bacon cheeseburgers with fries and a coke and ate it there. I know the pics on other dont do the food much justice but it tasted great with no Ill after effects if you know what I mean. The bacon wasnt super narrow, perfectly crispy without cutting up the inside of your mouth and even had enough for that last bite. Mind you, it wasnt all that busy when we went, but the guy serving us was attentive and even refilled our drinks for free before we left. We will definitely be coming back.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a cheese burger with lettuce and ketchup, when I arrived home to eat my burger I open the wrapper and what do I get? A freaking hamburger patty with cheese and lettuce and ketchup on TEXAS TOAST! Thats not a burger in my book! When I called and talked to the manager he was very rude. And he straight up lied to me and said that he made sure that we knew b4 we ordered, then he had the balls to hang up on me. What kind of manager/owner or whatever he may be does that. If I could I would rate this place a big fat 0

This place looked like a family owned hamburger joint on the outside. On the inside, youre met with middle eastern men who seem to greatly lack in customer service. Their prices are reasonable until you start adding ad-ons to the burgers then they unreasonably jack up the price. The hamburgers do not taste that good, especially coming from a locally owned restaurant.

Wife and I have been in McKinney for a few years. Just found the place. Outside looks iffy but the inside is clean and cozy. But the food is awesome. Loved their bacon cheese burger, the seasoned fries, regular fries and onion rings. Going to be our next regular place besides the other burger joint down the road.

Been a happy customer for 20 years. Its a nice hole in the wall burger stand short on pretense and long on good old fashion burgers and fries. If you are looking for a corporate feel this aint the place, but if your looking for good food at a fair price this is the one...

This place is shockingly still open.. I tryed to order some food over the phone and they acted as if I was playing a prank. I wanted to tryn this place for the first time and all I can say is there wont be another chance to waste my time... beware if u plan on ordering..

My step-dad bought some burgers from this place and I must admit that I had never experienced such a delicious burger. You cant beat the price and the taste. Best of both worlds, the wallet and the stomach.

Friendly staff. I enjoy a good burger and have had anything from McDonalds to really mice $30 burgers. This place is middle of the road. The price is right and it was served hot and fresh to my table.
