The workers are extremely rude, they do not acknowledge you at the mic to take your order, we even asked a girl working there and her response was "you needed to pull up more"- which isnt true. we are new to this town and I have never experienced something like it. We have been there 3 different times, the third time we just left- and every experience was the same. While we were just there a guy worker in uniform, was outside talking on his cell phone and turned his back whenever we backed up from mic to ask if maybe it wasnt working. Needless to say we wont be back and hopefully some upper management from sonic will help resolve these issues.

My brother was visiting from Michigan and says this is the SLOWEST Sonic hes ever been to. They messed up our order and forgot about us after bringing us the wrong food the first time. However, despite the long wait, it was fixed very quickly when they realized we were still there and the food was still good and they gave me a TON of coupons. So a little redemption there.

If I could give them a negative stars I would. We waited 30 minutes for drinks. Then, they brought out one drink which was wrong. Went back in and fixed that and forgot our ice creams. Waited another 10 minutes and they were also wrong but we just left. Need people that know what the hell theyre doing. Ridiculous!!

Sooooooooo slow! Sooooo slow. Its ridiculous, unnecessary, and inexplicable how incredibly slow they consistently are. Its not even busy and theyre slow. And it isnt every once in a while it is ALL THE TIME. Its like thu know there is no competition so they dont even try to provide good service.
