Twin members of my family have made it an annual event to celebrate their bday at Wings n More for the last few years. Unfortunately, after our latest experience, we will no longer go there at all. We called ahead of time to advise that we would be arriving with a party of about 40, at this time we were told they dont take reservations. We inquired further to see if we could rent the banquet room, the response was that they do not rent the banquet room...just come on in, we will be happy to accomodate you. Upon arriving, we were told by an unwelcoming hostess/manager, that our party may not all be seated together....again we asked for banquet room and were told that more than likely we would be seated there, but that they could only divide the check into 5 seperate tabs, because beyond that, makes it too difficult for waitstaff to keep track. Once in banquet room, a manager approached us, asking who was in charge of party, and began to explain that there would be a charge of 25$ for use of the room since our party was so large. We asked why we were not initially given that information and he advised us that we should have called ahead for reservations.....at this point, the birthday girl in tears because of all the difficulties we decided to leave. As our party left with several patrons in the restaraunt staring at us, the hostess/manager nodded at us with an expression as if to say i told you so. My sister then asked her is something wrong? Can I help you? to which her response was a No, Just Leave. I will admit this did anger my family and and we began telling the hostess/manager that she was being very unprofessional and just lost a lot of money. She proceeded to talk down to us and chase us out of the restaurant. She did not stop her rant until a fellow employee followed her out, told her to stop and pulled her back in.....

My family has always loved this place until recently, we had a very bad (new) waitress first she took our drink orders and asked if we wanted appetizers we were deciding and she said ill be back in a very impatient manner. She came back we gave her our order, recd food and needed refills on our drinks. She waited on other tables in a very pleasant manner except ours?? She never cameback to our table i had to flag her down she said she forgot our drinks so i told her then brings them back and my daughters she had overfilled her drink so the soda was all over the outside of her cup and the lid wasnt even on right. i told her about it and she said well its just a few drips you can wipe that off yourself, and i told her she shouldnt serve drinks that way and that it was her job to clean it. She looked at me rolled her eyes and said yea right and walked away. She never came back to our table or gave us our check. I had to talk to the (new) asst. manager on staff and he apologized i told him we were leaving and got to-go boxes he said he would give us our ticket and he went and got lost?? So i had to ask the hostess/greeter if she could ring us up because we were leaving due to the very bad service, never been treated that way before and not going back sadly

Ive never eaten here, tried to order carry out and asked for my total they said I would have to come in and pay first. The girls that answered the phone was very rude. And said I can either go in and pay for my food and wait or go somewhere else. And when I asked to speak to the manager, the girls wanted to know why I wanted to speak to the manager. Then the manager took forever to get to the phone. Finally he gets to the phone and repeated himself like 8 times about their policy, when I asked if he can please make an exception for me. Because I would really like to order from them he was very ugly and said no he will not change the policy and repeated the policy to me again. I said I understand that but Im asking you to please make an exception you keep repeating the policy. He said because you keep complaining. Mind you I only complained once about his staff and trying to understand the policy and see if he can bend policy for me because I really want to try their food. He says because I am trying to make sure you know our policy. But in a very ugly tone. Just very rude worst customer service skills. Not willing to make their paying customers happy. I will not even try to go there

Ive always received terrific food from here which is why I love coming here. However, todays service was less than acceptable. I sat down at the bar so that I could be seated and served a little quicker since it was just me. The bartender was chit-chatting with a server which would have been ok if I had been acknowledged. Two minutes after sitting down, the girl comes to me and takes my drink order. After receiving my drink, a minute later a different bartender comes to me to take my food order. At this point, I felt as though I was pawned onto the second girl. Throughout my food experience, I was acknowledged very little and even after I was done with my food I was not acknowledged by the bartender. It took 20 minutes for the bartender to get me a ticket. This was the first time coming here where I felt like I was insignificant.

I had lunch today and it was just horrible. We ordered wings. I noticed that the wings looked smaller and over cooked. I complain to the server when she brought it. I was just ignored. I was hungry so decided to to continue with the food. I asked for more sauce because the wings were so over cooked and dried up skin and bones. When the bill came I noticed I was charged for the extra sauce. I complain to Management about the food and why I requested the sauce to choke down the wings. They agreed the wings were smaller and over cooked. But I was still charged for the extra sauce. Smh I said okay Ill pay the bill but I am never returning again. The management agreed and took my money. I cant believe how the food and customer service was just horrible. I will not return again.

My boyfriend and I usually come here to eat every so often and usually enjoy ourselves. The last time we went was about the beginning of this month and it was the worst experience we ever had. Way overpriced and just terrible. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and it had very little buffalo sauce and the chicken was mostly breading. My boyfriend ordered the chicken fried chicken and it was super flat and the gravy was just white. No specks in it like white gravy is supposed to have and they drowned the chicken in it like they were trying to hide how it looked. And not only our meal was terrible, but the service sucked. Our waitress was rude and even tipped herself using my boyfriends gift card. Never coming here again.

This place used to be one of my favorites in town. I could always count on them for exceptional food and service. I just left today and let me tell you I will never return. The staff doesnt know the first thing about customer service. They act as if customers are bothering them. Then the food came, and it was beyond unedible. The girl basically threw the place on the table and food fell off of the plate and onto the table. She simply said, "oh my bad" then ran off. The chicken was undercooked and the fries were hard and cold. dont waste your money here. There are plenty of other places in corpus where money is better spent. Never thought this place would disappoint. They just dont get it, probably a management issue.
