Superbowl Sunday...online ordering is turned off so I call in a big order of Wings and sides. I was promised a 7:00 pickup time which was in an hour. No problem. I get there to pick up and they dont have my order. They suggested that I called another store. After establishing the fact that I called their store, I was told that I could put my order in then and wait another hour for my food. I was offered no apology, no empathy, no benefit of the doubt, no acknowledgement that they could have made a mistake...nothing. I will never visit this store again. Note to management: maybe hire people who have some empathy and can acknowledge and apologize when a mistake has been made rather than blame the customer and throw policy in their face.

I ordered inking and I came to pick up the food and then when I got home my order was missing and I called them back and they said they will add it in my order next time. Then the week after I went back to the store and I order the same thing and I talked to the cashier the last time was missing food and she said I was here all last week and no one call and said missing order. The store need a new management.

Not sure why the hate. I will say I eat boneless strips so maybe my experience is different. The service is usually alright at this location. I never have a problem and my food is almost always right. Any issues they fix right away. This location and the Euless one are generally good.

That was not good at all! I wiped my tongue with a napkin... apparently from the reviews the food use to be good.. i cringe and complain every time we drive by... My hungry dog spit it out... how do you stay in business? A response would be interesting

Food is always top notch, but the restaurant is always really humid and the tables are sticky. If they would turn on the a/c and keep the place clean it would be an easy 5 stars.

No alcohol license. No beer. Was told they were giving away beer but all they had left was Mikes Hard Lemonaid. Came here on Fathers day for wings and left very disappointed.

Terrible. Overcooked wings, roll was bone-dry, stale and covered with melted butter. Original hot sauce tasted different. Carrots were the only thing good.
