Ordered a pizza tonight at 8:01 pm. Got the time off of my phone. At 9:20 still no pizza. I called them back thinking that something surely had to be wrong since I was told when I placed my order that it would be 35 minutes for delivery. Spoke with the person who answered the phone and was informed that there were only two drivers working tonight and that my order would be delivered whenever one became available. Why wasnt I told this when I placed my order. Would have picked it up if I knew it was going to take almost 1hr40min to get it. Driver stated he didnt see my house when in fact all of my perimeter lights were on. Only house lit up on the street. Pizza was cold and salty. Couldnt eat it. This is my second time having a bad experience with pizza hut in Orange. Wont eat there again. I am normally generous with tips because I dont mind paying for good quality food and great service, but you guys failed in both areas. Had to even listen to the delivery driver express to me how he hates his job. Well guess what! Find another one. Its strange how two different locations can operate so differently. I frequent the location in Sulphur La on Ruth street and my food and service is always great there. Im sure this is a reflection of different management. Pizza Hut in Orange maybe its time for a few changes.

My spouse was in the area and I was attempting to place his order online. I kept getting a server error. I advised the representative who answered the phone of this and she asked me to hold. The manager then comes to the line and I explain to her what I told the person who answered the phone. Her immediate response was "No one else has complained." This of course was upsetting to me as I am not concerned with anyone one else. I asked her how can this be resolved and she responded, there is nothing I can do, I cant give you the online discounts. I proceed to attempt to ask another question and she said "Im not going to argue with you maam" and proceeded to hang up in my face. This was such an unprofessional response to an issue. It shows her concern was more with others and not me trying to give them more business. This will be brought to the attention of the District Manager. In my opinion, she is not fit to be a manager.

If there were no stars thats exactly what this piece of crap place would get...unfortunately in order to write a comment I have to give it at least one.. First I walk into this restaurant and greeted myself, then still no recognition, I had to pick up my own menus and silver and found a table which wasnt hard since no one was eating in.... now I know why! I was then approached by a server to announce that she needed to inform us that it will be 45- 60 min wait on food because they have so many deliveries? ?? REALLY?? So how about you just close the dine in part and do only deliveries since you have absolutely no intention on serving guests!! This is ludicrous! Its ok, DENNYS just down the road took great care of us and food was great!

I ordered online, and also signed up for Hut Lovers to get the free bread sticks and deals and coupons in the future. The delivery time was stated as 30 minutes. Well, I didnt get any bread sticks, and when I called because an hour had passed with no pizza, they said their delivery time was 1 1/2 to 2 hours!!! Wish the app would have said that. And the pizza had little sauce, the crust was wet and more gooey than it should be, and the "cheese" in the new Garlic Knots pizza was a fine thin layer with a LOT of dough. The extra cheese I ordered was missing too. In fact, there was barely any on the pizza at all. I wasnt impressed......at all.

Well besides the fact that we waited over an hour for our food when dining in, we decided to have the salad bar while we waited for our meals. Its 2.99 with a meal, reasonable enough. Well thats per bowl, so if you want the salad and the pudding youll have to pile it on top of your salad. Poppy cock I say. When the food did arrive we asked for barbecue sauce, which after the hour plus wait you think would just be complementary but noooo, they want to get their .65 cents. Im surprised they didnt charge me for breathing their air.

I placed my order online with a pick up time of 1hr in the future. I arrived on time and waited over 20mins to get my food. The cashier was trying to handle too much at once and kept forgetting what I was waiting for. He insisted I was too early and had to wait for the food to finish. In the end the cook came out and found my order in one of the black warming bags. I had a pizza that was no where near hot and wings that were cold and hard. Never again will we use this location.

The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude to us, talked to us like we were idiots when we placed our order. Then answered her cell phone while taking our order and made us repete our order because she was talking. Were from st. Louis and are used to rude its a way of life but this was downright ignorant and poor.

The pizza was cold and not at all what I had ordered. The online application did not work at the time I had placed my original order. I had to wait another 20 minutes before I got my order. I ordered hand tossed and I got original crust. The meatballs tasted bad. Even the bread sticks where not good. Just really disappointed.

Arrived 8 minutes early for the start of the lunch buffet. Asked to just wait inside, was told yes that is fine by an employee. Low quality manager comes out and throws a huge fit, makes us leave. Says we cant wait inside for the 8 minutes before the lunch started. Was really unimpressed.

Terrible experience the last two times we ordered from here. It takes well over an hour to even get our order delivered then it cold and under cooked. Ive ordered online just to have the store call and tell me they are out of what I ordered. Really unprofessional.

After repeat visits my family and I have been dissapointed nearly every visit. Slow service with food in our orders never reaching the table and incorrect deliveries where drinks are missing or pizza smashed to one side of its box.

The 3 pizzas and dessert was delivered before the estimated 30-40 min. Each was well proportioned with toppings and had good flavor. Driver was very nice also.
