The service is always great!! Okay I tried a new sandwhich.....bacon BBQ grilled chicken sandwich!! OMG!! THE BREAD WAS A SWEET WHEAT BUN, IT HAD SWISS CHEESE smokehouse bacon and the BBQ sauce was sweet and perfect not tangy like most BBQ sauce. The staff is always friendly!! The chicken was juicy not dry like GRILLED chicken tends to be!! KUDOS!!! The chocolate shakes are to die for. My mom had just had a tooth pulled and she loves the chocolate shakes and didnt care about her pain she drank the whole one!!!

Every time I order a salad for my wife, they always leave something out. I am in a hurry and do not have time to check the bag, especially if the person behind me is honking their horn. The staff should be able to complete a simple order, but has not been able to do this in the three years I have gone to this location. This is not a one-time problem, it is a consistent failure. This is too easy to get right, but they fail every time.

Ive been to dozens of chick-fil-a restaurants across the country in the only reason I am giving this chick fil A three stars instead of 5 is because it is not like the others. There is no statement of my pleasure, thank you, youre welcome, or anything but I expect at a traditional chick-fil-a. Im willing to give it a try again, and hopefully it will be better next time.

Food is above average for a fast food restaurant. I have no complaints about the food or the establishment. However, the staff could be a little more friendly, and it wouldnt hurt when I come through the drive-thru to offer me a drink carrier if i have more than 2 drinks and offer me ketchup, Chick-fil-a sauce, etc too.

The last 2 times Ive been here, my order has been wrong. Its not worth waiting in line for 30 min and then finally getting food and the order being wrong.. Im not going to go back in line for another 30 min for them to correct.. they have wasted my time one too many times. Definitely wont be back.

Chick fill A is our familys go to fast food restaurant. The food is not only outstanding, but the workers here treat their customers with utmost respect and a smile on their face. The place is clean and the bathrooms are above average for a fast food restaurant.

Had to try the sweet tea people raved about. Its good, nothing out standing. Like the rest of the food here, good but nothing very compelling. Plus as an atheist who is tolerant of homosexuals, I always feel dirty giving this place my money.

Best all around chicken chain in Shreveport! Lots of choices, fast service, just a little full combat on parking! Their service is always a winner -- how do they know its my order, out of 10 people that ordered at one time?!? Love it!!

Just like a chicken fil a should be busy, clean, friendly attentive staff, and good food. Drove off the interstate 15 min to get some grilled tenders. I love the grilled tenders, hard to believe I lived without them for so long.

Love Chick-fil-a! The people who work here are so friendly. Even when it is super busy (breakfast & lunch ) they move efficiently and the wait is not too long. Best time to go is between breakfast and lunch. Like 1030am.

This chick-fil-a is one of the better tasting branches. It has an indoor play area to keep your little ones occupied while you enjoy your chicken sandwiches. Dont forget to ask for the chick-fil-a sauce!

Worst ran chick fil a I have ever seen. I am very brand loyal to this chain as a whole, but this specific location has some operational issues. The food didnt even taste like previous experiences.

Overly crowded not enough space for the amount of people that come. Speaking on outside parking lot and inside restaurant Workers seem a little over worked or stressed out . food is great thgh

Line is always long, but moves so fast that it doesnt matter. Employees are very friendly, and alway accommodating. Food is always hot and fresh.
