Need better system for reaching someone at the store. The managers mailbox is also full, so it was very difficult to get through. After placing the order, they delivered a $450 order to the wrong building (although they did agree to deliver outside of their normal area). The other office building ate it, assuming it was a sales rep that was ordering it for them. After reaching the manager and the GM, they were very accommodating. Promised to refund my card as well. After they tweak a few things, I would recommend catering with them. Their service was spot on after reaching someone.

Food is good and the staff is courteous but this is the most poorly managed fast casual place I have ever been. After years of going to the this location, Im giving up and will not be going back. They are out of croissants every time I go (once or twice per week) and this isnt an exaggeration. Additionally, it takes 20 mins to get your order even when there is just one car in front of you in the drive thru. I wouldnt write this if it happened on occasion but it is consistent with every visit.

This is not the first time I have had problems here. Several times they swapped my order without telling me because they were out of ingredients Turkey sausage, type of bagel that was listed on the menu etc. But today, Christmas eve morning, out of bread out of bagels. So I asked when is more coming out and I get told what we have is what we have. Really its Christmas eve morning and your are already sold out and dont plan to restock? This place needs new management poor at best.

Had the pleasure of ordering my food from a young lady who did not even say hello. She just stood there staring at me. Finally I started to order then gave me my total. Handed my food to me and walked off. As I sit here eating my average bakery goods I have the pleasure of listening to the employees verbally fight with each other about someone taking a break. There are other bakeries in town with better service, prices, and food. Go there

I ordered the ham, egg and cheese power sandwich through drive-thru. If you dont like food with your pepper, DO NOT order anything with egg from here. ALL I taste is pepper! And there was NO cheese like the title of the sandwich says it has. By the time I got home with my order and figured this out, it was completely disgusting and inedible.

Ive had multiple instances of going through the drive thru and them completely messing up my order. I dont know why its hard to get food orders correct but this place never can seem to manage its drive thru correctly. If you go order from inside so you can verify before having to drive off and get mad when you get home.

This location really should reevaluate their goals and business practices. How does a place called Panera bread always out of bread? Not only are they aways out bread but out of many things on the menu.. Twenty five minutes waiting on a take out lane is unacceptable.. Very poor service!

Im a Panera fanatic, I eat Panera every Saturday when Im home in Dallas, TX. Unfortunately, as with many other restaurants here in Shreveport the employee attitudes quite frankly, suck. The food tasted the same, awesome as always, but the employees appearance and attitudes are horrible.

The French onion soup tasted like Campbells from the can but barely warmed. Chicken salad was not good at all. Italian sandwich had cheap Non tasty ingredients. I went previously and the soup was good but they were out of BREAD ! This place has gone downhill. Not going back.

The service and food quality has really gone down at this location in the past couple of months. This used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but recently the quality and service have really taken a nose dive. Sad, but Im probably not going to be going back

This location continually disappoints me. Rude employees who have absolutely no sense of urgency or care for the customer. I have complained to the manager a few times and it doesnt seem to be getting better, so I will not be frequenting Panera any longer.

The only thing I liked about this place was the employees. Got a BLT and literally only had 2 SMALL strips of bacon. The sandwich fell apart as soon as I took the toothpick out and the crust of the sourdough was hard to bite through. Not worth the money.

Went around 1030 cause I was between classes. Jazz music playing, atmosphere relaxed, was able to order lunch before 1100. Tomatoe and mozzarella flat bread is awesome and healthy. Sweet tea is not sweet enough. Overall experience was very nice.
