This is a high volume Whataburger. Relatively clean given the amount of traffic it gets. High turnover of employees so cashier skills vary when taking custom orders. Never order custom (e.g. no cheese) via drive-through because food will be wrong 99% of the time. Avoid this location.on Friday and Saturday nights because of obnoxious drunks. Saw one attempt to drive car backwards through drive-through. During high school football season, this place can be dangerous after the game ends. There have been brawls. Also, when it is soccer season, the place may be packed with sweaty players and their familiea from the nearby playing fields outside the Carpenter Rec Center. In short, burgers are good but often not worth the hassle to go to this location.

Like one of the other reviews said, its a Whataburger! People need to take into account the fact that its a fast food joint. Service will be sub-par and equal to how management treats their employees. However, hopefully management takes notice of which Whataburgers are having low reviews and fixes things. Though food is good, filling and satisfying, restroom needs work and overall cleanliness could be better.

In 7 years i have yet to get a soft drink that tastes remotely like the drink I ordered and they are often so diluted that I have to throw them away. Today, I believe they actually gave me a whatasized soda water rather than sprite and it is completely undrinkable. The only reason I keep coming back is that I stock up my sodas at home

Employee was eating food then handling my bags and told me sorry about the wait with a mouth full of food. Order was wrong. Burger was even mark no onions and had onions. No napkins or condiments nor was I asked if I wanted any. Very Unprofessional, worst whataburger Ive ever been too and wont ever be at this location again.

Im from California, and I paid here about what I would pay at a Carls Jr. However, the food was so much better. I got a patty melt, and it was super filling. Like, I usually eat fast food and feel hungry within five minutes. This place left me feeling like I was gonna burst. Definitely coming back here next time Im in town.

Been to this Whataburger three times now as I just moved to the neighborhood. The drive-thru is painfully slow and on my last visit there were cockroaches in the bottom of my fries. Avoid this restaurant! I love Whataburger so this experience makes me very sad but at this point Id rather just eat somewhere else.

One of the better whataburgers you can tell the difference in taste from this one to another. The employees there are okay. If you want really good service ask for melissa to help you. Whataburger service is always slow because everything is made to order. 10/10 would recommend for THIS whataburger.

Love Whataburger, as any true Texas does, I dont think there are much better fast food burgers our there. Their fries are what I love most though. Great, thick shakes. This location isnt always the fastest though. Their drive thru lanes seem to move slower than other locations.

Always open like all Whataburgers. Seems to be fastest than most other locations and the get the order right the first time. When I have out of state clients I always want them to try a Whataburger. Might just push them over the edge to more here.

I ordered whatachickin meal. Sauces they provide are awesome. I got some hot and sweet sauce which went good with fries. But fried chicken comes in the sandwich is felt little hard. It is not up to the mark

The staff is the knock on this location. They consistently get the order wrong so always make sure to check before you drive away. And the drive through wait times can be insane.

All of a sudden the service went down the drain. 2 seperate occasions, my buffalo chicken sandwich had no ranch or Buffalo sauce. CJ was nice though.
