Horrible Employee Its 4:30pm and I just had a horrible experience with one of your employees at the Coit and Campbell location in Dallas, Tx. Im a returning customer and have been a big fan of Einstien bros up to this point. I was on a short lunch break at work and there was a pretty long line. So, after waiting for thirty minutes, my order was made. Upon checking the bag, I realized that I had received the wrong sandwich. I had ordered a chicken salad sandwich but instead received a bacon club (I think). Apparently, the employee had accidentally switched my order with the lady in front of me and gave my order away. At this point, I was late for work. I told him I understood that it was an honest mistake but asked for a new sandwich and asked if I could be put at the front of the line instead of having to wait all over again. While making the sandwich again, the employee proceeded to make multiple sighs and faces making it clear how put out he was for having to fix the mistake he made. I calmly said I could do without the sighs when he responded by yelling "Well, I can do without making your sandwich!". Then he went to the register retrieved my $5 payment and THREW it at me!! The other people in line were blown away! I turned red in the face and told him I planned to talk to the manager and asked for his name. He then put his hand on his name tag and said "I dont know what my name is". Wow, what a child! This guys seems out of control. I obviously got out of there as soon as possible without my sandwich. It seemed like this guy was on his own and very busy but behavior like that is ridiculous. I obviously dont feel comfortable going back in there and having to see him again. Please let me know what can be done about this. I generally love going to this location for my lunch break at work. Feel free to call or email me for any details.

What happened to that great customer service? Seems to be getting worse every time I come in. This last time will be my last. I walked in, no line, but stood for 8 mins before being acknowledged. Almost walked out but was starving. Busy or not, a small greeting goes a long way. Four employees: 1) one guy was putting together a big order. I get that. 2) one guy was busy on the line. I get that too. He was the person that finally acknowledged and helped me. 3) one lady, behind the register, made eye contact with me, didnt say a word, then turned away. She looked away the entire time. I guess that blender needed supervision. 4) the last lady was some sort of manager/owner. Ive seen her before. She was getting ready to leave, looked at me and didnt greet me. All it would take is a "hi, welcome to Einsteins. Well be right with you."

Went there this morning at approx 10:00AM to pick up a dozen bagels, a couple of tubs of their cream cheese, and 4 coffees. They were OUT of PLAIN BAGELS!!! How can a bagel store run out of plain bagels?? Was the management surprised that they sold a lot of bagels on a Saturday morning? The manager looked at me when I asked that question as if I had just come down from Mars. No apology whatsoever...the attitude was "hey, were out and well have some in around 30 minutes". This is the third time Ive had this happen at this location and I will never go back. I feel like an idiot for even walking in there this morning. Whether this is a franchise location or corporately owned, changes need to be made.

I made a simple order for one of their pre-made nosh boxes to bring into work for my co-workers. I called in advance to place the order and when I arrived in the store they had the wrong name for my order in the system. Then, when I finally arrived to work they had forgotten to include the cream cheese for the order. Dont trust this location with any order larger than a single bagel and coffee. Trust me, take your business elsewhere

Bad customer service. They had placed French vanilla coffee in "medium roast" pot. I informed the manager, manager tasted the coffee & offer me to take from another new medium roast pot, but she never replaced the incorrect French vanilla pot. This was misleading & deceptive to many. Additionally, they wouldnt accept Noahs Bagel (they own by Einstein) coupons yet they did accept Noahs gift card for payment, strange:(

I went in for a coffee and to use the restroom this morning but a worker cut me off on the way into the restroom (I was already opening the door). I waited for over 10 minutes to use the bathroom before walking out and was nearly late to work. This location will no longer be receiving my business nor my husbands. Its a shame because he works next door.

The bagels here are really good and the staff is almost always friendly. The restaurant is usually a little disheveled, though, and seating can be a little cramped when larger groups are present, which is common (book clubs, Bible study groups, etc. )

Never have I experienced such a poorly trained and ill managed staff. I was very dissapointed and this is one location that I will never step foot into again. The home office needs to step in and retrain this group.

I recently visited this store and it was amazing. It is now under new management and the atmosphere is significantly improved from when i last visited. I highly recommend retrying or going for a first time!

Nice stop for a quick Saturday breakfast. You get the expected quality from Einsteins in a nice location. Plus, people often bring their dogs and sit outside with them, which is always a plus.
