Went here for the first time and was completely disappointed. I usually go to small places like these because they usually have some of the best service, home style breakfast, very kind waiters that love the people they serve, but this one didnt offer that at all. Service was not kind at all, it seemed as if they did not know that they are located in a busy area and that they would be busy, which im sure its like this every Saturday morning. The food was decent but tasted horrible due to the awfull service. To top things off i walked to the register to pay for our meals, and like i stated in the beginning that it was my first time here, just to find out that i needed to pay attention to the very small 3 in. by 8 in. faded out sign on the door, that most people would ignore, stating that they only took cash. So i had to leave my family there to find an atm. I would not recommend this place and will not be going back. My child said something that i found quite funny as we drove away, she said "Man even Dennys is better than this" sooo true. I think the only reason they get busy is because there seems to be no other competition around.

I am always on the lookout for unique places to try and have been planning on trying the OASIS Cafe since I noticed it. With unexpected time on my hands I decided to eat Breakfast at The OASIS Cafe. At first I thought nice little quite spot, and it was. A road trip truck stop feel. The food wasnt anything special and really I wasnt expecting it to be. The prices are fair. Staff reminded me of once more a truck stop place you find on a long lonely road trip. This I liked and enjoyed. They didnt bother you much and you dont bother them much. This Cafe does not except cash and this is a problem in 2017. They do post a sign on the door. One I missed because honestly I never come across this and dont make a habit of reading doors since the mid nineties. Luckily this one day I had cash to get by. Now that I have tried The OASIS I will not be returning. The Cash only policy is a deal breaker for me and it just wasnt special and unique enough to get around that outdated business pratice. I was surprised they had a website when they dont have the technology to take debit cards. Search for the right spot continues.

Joe Grisel - Warm, Fun, and an Enlightening Experience. My wife and I walk the mall every morning around 8:00a.m.. I then enjoy a cup of their "WORLD FAMOUS" OASIS MACCHIATO and a bowl of mixed fresh fruits. Each and every time the portions, service and people deliver. They are consistent each and every day which makes starting our day wonderful. Nira, the owner, is extremely congenial and a spiritually sound citizen of the world. She and her support team deliver. The food is right, the cost is right and they are friendly people....what more is there!!!

Note: Cash or check only. No credit cards. You should come here just for the service. The staff is attentive and curtious. There were was a line when we arrived, but the wait was short, we were sat at a clean table, and they took our order right away. You will also enjoy the food. The heuvos rancheros and chilaquilles are great. Stop waiting 35 min at that pancake chain for bad service. Go eat here now!

Oasis Cafe is the best breakfast cafe in this area. Food comes quick and is always tasty. Ive only come for breakfast but have always been satisfied. They have an excellent chilli cheese omelette. Servers are great and they are awesome at coming by to top off my coffee up to keep and warm. Note: They only accept cash so youll need to stop at the ATM before hunkering down at one of their red booths.

Convenient location, menu has a good selection of breakfast foods, friendly servers. The only thing that you REALLY need to be aware of is that they dont accept cards for payment here. Not an issue if you know ahead of time thankfully. The good food makes it worth it though. Only open early being a breakfast place too BTW. Recommended.

Going to Oasis for me, is like going to grandmas for breakfast or lunch. As soon as you walk through the doors a sigh of that home feeling always comes to me. Prices are set to realistic, and not over-priced. The staff there is what makes this place soooo great! I dont know what i will do when I move out of Dallas.

I am from San Antonio the home of the worlds best breakfast tacos. The only place in North Dallas that has good tacos is the Oasis. The chorizo is delicious and the tacos are delicious. These people know how to make huevos rancheros! Great breakfast and lunch and people are found at the Oasis Cafe.

Visiting from out of town. Worker yelled at us to shut the door as we were coming in to be seated. Left righy away. This was after a customer was yelling at another customer outside the door about who was in line first. Like...really? we just had a smoothie they were very nice to us.

Been coming here for several years now. Its always a great experience when we come. Some things that might be nice to see though: menu variety, a little slower pace (I feel like Im always being rushed out). That said, would certainly recommend it for a good breakfast.

This is a great little diner. They accept only cash! Not very large. The lady who owns it is lovely and is most always there. They only do breakfast and lunch. They open early and close at 2:00pm. Food is very good, not fancy but really good. Reasonably priced.

Coffee was weak, food was OK but nothing to write home about. Prices are great, but Id rather spend a few more dollars and get a better meal. Maybe I just hit them on an off day, but based on my first experience Im not inclined to give them a second chance.

Relaxing It has a great environment. by that I mean It reminds me of the small town cafe in my hometown. Its a great escape from the big city environment of Dallas. good prices. decent portions. and I never saw the bottom of my cup (good service)

Not five stars due to inside of sausage was pink, waitress was grumpy. Other than that it is a wonderful diner exactly what you would expect. Prices are reasonable, food is reasonable, so overall I wil return and would recommend.

Amazing food that is only beat by the service. Everything about the place feels comfortable and genuine, one of my favorite breakfast places in Dallas. Just make sure you bring cash!
