I do not know what has happened to Americas Drive-in, but this particular Sonic is the worst all around!!! It sure is sad that Sonic Corp will suffer because of this places service. Tonight not only did they take fifteen to twenty minutes to deliver a personal order but had the odacity to throw the receipt in the window as I was rolling it up!!! RUDE STAFF!!! I will go elsewhere for sure!!

Only eaten here a couple of times and received service on both ends of the spectrum. One time they were slow to get my order, it took forever to get it when it wasnt crowded, and then the order was wrong. Then the next time I placed a larger order, it was out in only a couple of minutes, was correct, and we were checked on constantly. Maybe it just matters whos on shift.

Food tasted ok but they forgot a drink, I had to reorder it (food sitting) then car hop didnt ask if I wanted change. Let her have it. Got home, my order of fries was half full, and stale. Side note, looked like a bunch of high school kids running the place. Sonics in Ca. was better all around. Ill try a different location, wont be back to this one.

Worst service ever!! I ordered a number 1 with Mustard and Mayo. When I got home, I had a Cheeseburger with only bun, meat, and cheese. I asked for Ice Water and received Ice. If you eat there, examine your order and make sure it is right. The girl that took the order was a complete idiot and I think thats the requirement for Sonic Drive Ins.

Ok. I know it is picky, but on the kids meal, on back to back days they got my kids drink wrong. Which was ok yesterday, they fixed it. But today the car hop said... thats what was ordered... got another one, had to pay for it again... gonna start heading to another fast food place... not going to double pay for drinks...

Great Service! I dont really understand the poor service comments. Ive been here several times and the carhop guys are friendly and talkative when you chat with them. I really like this Sonic and now that my office is in Plano, I will frequent this place even more often.

Food is consistently good. Even when they are busy, its not that long of a wait. I like the happy hour specials and random specials from time to time. They dont always put the condiments you need in the bag or I would give them a 5.

For the second time, this place got my order wrong. Yes, I should have looked at order before I left. I order a foot long coney dog with cheese. I got tater tots with the chili and cheese topping. Make sure you check your order.

Terrible place. Didnt give me a fork for my "boneless wings". So I has to wait till Im home. Please train your employees to always give silverware out. Please fire the employee that didnt give me my silverware

Had a bogo card and was able to get 2 cheeseburgers with jalapenos and bacon on the way home. Great service and fast delivery. I appreciate being able to my total and pay at the kiosk to speed my order.
