I love yall, but your Ohio Dr location on Plano needs help. There is 1 employee that every time he works, Im met with disdain for ordering anything and incompetence on his part. Today he didnt take my order when I got to the window for a full 5 mins and when I pulled up tried to say a bean burrito and taco were $9. I took my card and left. Ive been calling for 30 mins now with no answer (though all other Plano, TX locations answered promptly) because I was asking if they were owned by the same person (corporate or franchisee). Pity, that location is the one closest to me and has great employees other than this 1 person and Ill be sure to avoid it - I dont have time to gamble on if this person will be working on a day Im in a hurry (aka ordering fast food).

I got the $5 cravings deal. ask to substitute the regular taco shells to fiery shells. they charged me for it but I didnt get it. when I asked for it they gave me two tacos instead of the one taco and once chest gordita crunch. when I asked for my cheesy gordita they gave it to me cold and barely filled. this isnt the first time they mess up my order. all my experiences here have been bad. they have a sign that says "youll love it or well eat it" they prob are like five tacos bc they messed up my order so much. I really didnt want to come here but the good Taco Bell on preston and stonebrook was busy prob bc they get orders right and people return for me tacos all the time. very upset

The cashier at the drive thru went above and beyond. Further than any other employee I have seen at all of the locations that I have been. My gday drink didnt have the proper carbonation. The cashier was very patient, understanding and had a manager check and correct the carbonation. She then tested the drink herself prior to giving my gf a new drink. The drive thru was busy but yet she made us feel "welcome" almost like we were family. I would definitely go back there

Should be zero stars. I would frequent place because I like my Taco Bell and I work extremely close but this place consistently overcharges from menu price. Every time I would let them know (at least 5 times) they only offered refund of difference once. They would only apologize and say that they would fix it. Ive only seen them fix it once. Still continues to happen. Be ware!!!

They close at midnight on weekdays even though google says 1. Why even be a Taco Bell if you arent open late? It is thirsty Thursday. You literally put "4th meal" in your advertisements. Disgraceful and detrimental to the brands perception as a cool, young establishment. Mickey Ds will always be better than you if you dont get your mind right. I am embarrassed for you, frankly.

Food was fast, hot and fresh. But the store was DIRTY!!! I was going to dine in but ALL TABELS AND FLOORS WERE FILTHY even tho they were not busy, no one bothered to clean. Mud on the floors and food /dirt on every table. I was so disappointed I ate my lunch in my car. This location needs some serious help

This place and Taco Bell has improved and impressed me. The last 3 times I have gone they have gotten my order correct and I believe they have improved the tacos. 3 times in a row the shells have been fresh, crunchy and just perfect. Was totally surprised but pleased with this.

I hope the owner reads this and updates the hours available online through google or has a serious talk with his managers. 1:15am, 8/5/2017, there were four cars in line at your drive thru. Everyone left as the employees had the store shut down and were leaving.

I always come to this taco bell on my way home from work, evem though i get off work late they are always very nice and helpfull. Both the young men i talk to are very respectful and professional. The food is alway hot and fresh, all around awesome!

This location absolutely sucks compared to many others in the metroplex. Ive probably been a total of 5 or 6 times and each time I have wondered why I thought it would be any different. Food cold or wrong, bad attitudes, overall crappy establishment.

I am giving this branch a five star because of their customer service. Taco bell food always give me problems next day. But that is just the type of food. The service in this branch however is the best I have seen and the place is clean.

Drive-thru line super long took about 15 minutes just to order when I got my food it was ice cold like its been sitting for awhile my tortillas was hard and theyre supposed to be soft tacos dont think Im coming back here

Ive never had a bad experience here. Everyone is so courteous and friendly. The chips & taco shells are never stale! The inside is clean, and the bathrooms are ok. Overall, its one of the best Ive been to!

Very quick visit tonight on the way to a shopping trip at Walmart. No wait in the drive thru and fast, friendly service at the window. Food was hot and fresh even though it was after midnight. Great visit!
