Ordered two different dishes; chicken 65 and mai lai paneer, i think was the name. Both have different flavors -- one is spicy, the other is gingery etc. The chef very obviously cooked both dishes together; the flavors were the same on both dishes with literally no difference, and the vegetables were the same, etc. Inexcusable laziness. It was also burnt -- the sauce had an unmistakeable burnt flavor. I found pieces of chicken in my paneer. If i had a friend who was vegetarian sharing the paneer with me but not the chicken, they would have been pissed. Not a good business practice. Especially for a restaurant with Indian food, there should be more attention paid to keeping vegetarian things vegetarian seeing as many vegetarian people specifically enjoy indian food for the vegetarian options. The 4$ "chocolate eggrolls" were two extremely tiny egg rolls. They were chewy and had way too much breading. That being said, the chocolate inside was really tasty. It also comes with a small container of vanilla ice cream, Its not very good ice cream, but its icecream. Also ---- I do think both things i got were starters but for 7$ they were reaaaallly small. Do not go here. Do not ever go here unless you hate yourself. My wait time was also super long, with many people getting their food before me. I saw the manager go back and ask the cook to hurry; I wonder if this is when he decided to completely maul my food and smear the two dishes together while burning them.

I have been coming to this location for the past 3 years. Every time I come in I order the same thing. Their chicken fried rice with veggie spring rolls. Apparently there was a change in management not too long ago, because when I went in a couple of weeks ago I ordered my usual, except it wasnt the usual. It had large chunks of different kinds of veggies in the chicken fried rice. The spring rolls were also different. Very loose and greasy and the sauce that comes with them was different as well. After going back up there I was told management had changed but she would have them redo the order. When I got the food again it was prepared as it always was. I went back up there tonight and ordered my usual. I asked that the chunks of veggies not be included and that the sauce for veggie rolls was the (orange/yellow) colored sauce and not the red. When my food came out the rice look steamed and not fried and the sauce was red. The gentleman at the front said something about the management change again and I told him that they should ammend their menus. Because Ive never had to ask for a particular suace nor have I ever had to ask for no veggies. (My usual always came with little green onions, shreddedicated chicken and fried rice) always very dark colored. What I got was almost white and devoid of anything. I got my money back and left.

Ive come here a few times now, they have a one size fits all menu, which is all really too much unless you bring a friend to share. Forget about coming here for a snack. They serve the entrees in a deep soup of whatever Asian gravy comes with your meal (most of which the gravy that is gets thrown away), and Ive yet to find an item that I could come back again for, its a nice teriyaki sauce high but its just not amazing and doesnt leave you feeling good about the money you spent. The decor is ok, however I found it a little strange to be standing around waiting for food and watching Americas Funniest Home videos in the meantime, I guess it distracted from the wait. The ratings for "fair" says to give it a "0" so thats what I did.

I have been there and thoroughly enjoyed the food they server, to all those giving a negative review they have not been to Bombay and not had chinese food there, it says clearly in the name. If you expect authentic Chinese food dont go here, but if you want very good Indo-Chinese food this is the place. For the first time in US I got good Chinese food that I used to get back home in India. Advertisements on TV and AC blowing 60 degree air when it is 40 degrees outside are all not fair juddgements about the food being reviewed. My two cents.....

Where can I start. First, the lady who was taking my order was not even listening to my order, she was moving back and forth in kitchen and counter. I had 15% off coupon and they refused to take it. They said they dont take on Sunday ( I am sure if I have come other day they would have said other way). The coupon doesnt mentioned anything about that. Second, they messed up my order (because lady was not taking our order properly). Had to exchange few dishes. Food was OK. First trip was horrible. WILL NEVER RETURN.

I have lived in Richardson for almost 7 years now and I love INDO CHINESE Food. The first place that comes to my mind is Chopstix in Richardson. I would say Chopstix food is better than Panda Express or any restaurant in the same genre in and around Richardson - Campbell/Coit intersection. Customer Service is awsome and the new management is taking care of customers very well. Most of all - its taking less than 15 minutes to get the food. I recommend !!!!!

Awful food. Reading the other reviews, either they love it or they hate it. Those who love it appear to be more of the Indo-persuasion so I am left to believe they are lying or have really no idea what the food should taste like. If you think youll find Chinese or Asian quality flavors here, youll be disappointed. Nothing is on point and its just a muddy mess. Plus when we went there was a Sales Tax Delinquency notice on the front door!!

Place is too small and there were literally no customer inside when we got there on Wednesday afternoon. Their lunch special $7.95 with complimentary cold soup and egg roll, which I never got. Soup was nothing but beans and raw carrot in water. I ordered Kung Pao chicken for $9.99 which I think was alright for which I have given this place 3-stars. This restaurant has potentials, but for now I wont be going back there.

We have been coming here for over a year and the food is simply amazing!! High quality and fresh from the meats to the vegetables and the perfect mix of spices, I would say this is probably one of the best places for Indo Chinese food in Dallas! The Mongolian beef is outstanding and a must try. The staff is also very courteous and friendly.. Thanks Bombay Chopstix!!!! Keep up the excellent standard.

The place has been changed alot since last time and so is the name "Chopstix". I love Indo chinese and this kind of food is what im exactly looking for. Neatly served and well maintained place. Keep trying each dish and you will be surprised by the unique style of taste. Rice definitely here is the best quality you will find unlike other restaurants. Will definitely recommend this place for anyone!

Probably the worst restaurant in DFW area !!! This is an Indo-chinese restaurant and I am from Hyderabad and very familiar with this type of food. The chopsuey they served had raw onions and raw tamarind water in it.....the other dish we ordered was terrible but not as bad the chopsuey,,,,the service was what else but bad....They cracked the formula to build the worst dining experience.
