For a 24 hour restaurant this place is normally understaffed after hours! Sometimes even only one person doing cashier and cooking not knowing how to do both effectively nor would you expect one person to run the whole place at night anyways if I were managing this place! It appears that the total amount of employees have been cut way back on the night shift anyways, with 99% accuracy, the shake machine is always down after hours, even at 10 PM. I would only go here if you have to and expect at least a 10 minute drive through time after 11 PM. Hopefully management of this site will change their staffing requirements for after hours.

Horrible service stood at the register waiting for someone to take our order for at least 5 minutes all the while workers kept looking up at us and one I guess was on her way out but standing there putting stuff in a bag but no one acknowledge us or said someone will be with you or sorry for your wait or something. And to top it off the lady who made are burgers made them wrong and when asked to fix them got an attitude, we WILL NOT come back to this location cause next time I WILL NOT tame my tongue frfr!!!!!

10:55 am... Waited 8 minutes at order screen... no one would talk to me. Drove to window and waited 5 more minutes for car that was in front of me to move. (took that long for them to get a coffee). Asked to speak to the manager. The manager Nick was at the window. He stated he didnt know how to work the headset to take orders. Asked for a number for corporate... he gave me a fake number. Not going here again. Untrustworthy manager.

EXPERIENCE WAS AWFUL!! First we waited for 20 mins to order and on top of that we blatantly saw one employee handle 3 burger buns with his BARE HANDS!! When he realized that we were looking he put his gloves on! This was at 12am 3/3/17 I WILL NEVER EAT JACK IN A BOX PERIOD AFTER TONIGHT!!

Very poor service. Suppose to be open 24hrs but cant get any food at 6am they have lousy excuses and very poor customer service skills. they close the cash registers to early when changing shifts and service is very slow. We will not attempt to eat there again.

I read the other reviews and was surprised by how displeased people were. Seriously? Its a fast food chain, not the French laundry. This place at least meets expectations. Its food, its cheap, and I dont have to get out of my car. Thank you, Jack.

Went there for the first time the other day. Food was abnormally greasy and I ended up throwing away half the food I purchased. It didnt matter though because I got food poisoning anyway after eating the food! Will never go there again!

Where do I start? The drive thru takes forever, so does the dining room. The food is horrible, the management disingenuously apologetic and even though we LOVE jack in the box and its close to our house- we never eat here. Horrid.

This fast food restaurant has a little bit of everything from burgers to tacos or egg rolls. This was a clean location with a very friendly staff. EGG ROLLS!!! Love the egg rolls.
