The burgers are great, the fries are good (cajun and regular), and the service is mediocre. Theres fairly high turnover at this location. You can wait a long time for fast food here because the workers often dont know what theyre doing. The past two visits, the burgers were slowly made. Then someone noticed that no one had made the fries to go with the orders. Needless delay. Two soda machines with a wide variety of Coca Cola products offered. Dining room and bathroom cleanliness is so-so. When this place first opened, it was a five-star location. Has gone down hill. Needs better management. Latest visit occurred during a non-busy time. 3 employees chatted idly by the register. Tables remained dirty in dining room during entire visit. Burgers and fries for two orders were done. Instead of putting the orders together in bags and handing them to customers, a 4th employee decided to rearrange 9 baskets of uncooked fries above the vats. After several minutes, he turned around and decided to put the orders together. Clueless.

First time here. Hamburger was perfect. Bun had golden brown crust burn with soft bread and hint of butter. Lettuce was fresh. Pickles cut slightly thicker than fast food although their taste rides on the mild side. Patties were good thickness. Not paper thin but not to thick that it took away from the rest of the ingredients. The meat was also appropriately charred. Bacon was cut thicker than average and was firm with a good crust. It was well cooked and flavor did not overpower the rest of the burger. Soft drinks were awesome. Carbonation was on point and huge variety of flavors. Try the Barqs Creme Soda, it compliments hamburgers well. Fries were great. The seasoning was slightly inconsistent and a little on the spicy side. But the fries were still leaps and bounds better than the average fries. The fries make you appreciate any drink. Price was decent. Service was fast.

My 12 year old son wanted to try Five Guys Burgers for dinner. It was first time we ever went Five Guys. Waited 30 min to get our Cheese Dog and Grilled Cheese. Only one Cashier and one worker there. Many customers complained the waiting time. The floor near the drinking machine had a pond of water, obviously no more hands to clean it up. Not sure if this is normal in Five Guys or it just in this specific store. I went today again (since my son likes their Cheese dog) and saw they had five workers today compared only two yesterday. The Cashier still recognized me from yesterday and gave my order for free. I got my order within 10 min.

While I dont consider myself a food critic, I did grow up on homemade skillet fried hamburgers. You know the kind you didnt really want because you were fillabustering for McDonalds, brain washed from Ronald and the hamburglar commercials? As it turns out as an 8 yr old I was totally wrong. Give me a 5 guys burger over any other chain burger any day of the week. Not only are they fresh, tasty and filling they also give you embarrassing portions of frys. I felt guilty throwing away my brown paper bag still full of fresh cut french fries. 5 guys takes me back to the days of that good ole Mom burger trust me youll love it.

From the counter chick who acted like we had walked in ten minutes before closing (three hours before closing) to the long wait to the line cook who didnt want to remake my husbands burger (only did after we showed the receipt that they in fact had made it terribly wrong) to the tiny ass patties (glad we ordered a double) we were completely underwhelmed. The taste was decent and being on a gluten restricted diet I appreciated that I can get a burger in a bowl with yum veggies other than lettuce and tomato. Ill find another Five Guys before I return to this one.

What a ripoff. People really buy in to paying $30 bucks for 2 burgers and 1 order of fries? Cajun fries are inedible due to massive overkill of cajun powder dumped all over them. Burgers are fine, but not at all "Heaven on a Bun". All of the fountain drink machines are out of everything. Oh boy! A $5 sparkling water! Place is not clean and the floor has water all over from the leaky fountain machines. Not a pleasant experience at all. Honestly, In N Out has very similar burgers for 1/3 the price and a much nicer/cleaner restaurant.

I read the reviews before coming here and the frys just werent what i like. If you like the peel on your frys then you will like them. The burger was decent but I have had better and it reminds me more of a fast food burger than a gourmet type burger even though it was priced more like a gourmet. The only other issue I had was the weather was really cold and windy and the door wouldnt stay closed so it was really cold inside. And my bag went flying onto another persons table. Sorry to whoever that man was.

Really do not understand why so many people Like In-N-Out Burger after tasting the awesome burgers at Five Guys I just cant see there is any other place I would want to go for burgers..really..I dont give out Excellent Ratings very often..but as far as burgers and fries goes..Five Guys know what they are doing.. No wonder all of the other burger joints are doing heavy advertising in the paper and TV. Yes..Ill be back.

So this is what everyone is raving about? If you get a Wendys double cheeseburger on a really good day, its almost indistinguishable from Five Guys. Except for the outrageous pricing. Its not that its bad, its just really not that good. I have eaten at 94 different burger joints at the time of this review. I have a lot of data to pull from... I know what Im talking about.

If I wanted to walk on a dirty floor of peanuts I would go see the rangers play. These our over prices hamburgers and there fires where $#%#$^#. I was still hungry after spending $30 dollars so I walked to Del Taco after and finally was full. I just thought about why they give you free peanuts ?????? because there food sucks and does not full you up..

I was the second person in this location today and the place was filthy. Nobody had swept or mopped from the day before. You would think the staff could get a broom out instead of having a chat at one of the tables before opening. I was also given the wrong burger. How do you get the second order of the day wrong? I was not impressed.

You want to pay $8.19 for a burger plus $3.19 for a small fry? This is your place. You want to get the exact same thing but better tasting (in my subjective opinion) and literally half the price, drive less than a mile north and go to In N Out. Im not entirely sure how this place survives with their pricing.

$4.5 ish for a small burger, or more for the normal size is way too much. Fries were greasy, greasy, greasy. Order taker was punching buttons (not friendly). Liked free peanuts. Way over priced and I have no idea how they won all the awards posted on the walls. $2 range for fries. $2 range for a drink.
