Primero quiero que sepan que me antendieron mal creo que es porque les falta experiencia, el problema fue que orden papas fritas con aderezo y queso encima el problema fue que confundieron mi orden y me la dieron sin el topping luego de que ya habia tocado las papas me las quitaron supuestamente para agregarselo cosa que nunca sucedio despues de 15 minutos de espera habian perdido mi orden y las papas que levantaron de mi mesa se las sirvieron a otro cliente ....mucho cuidado con el personal porque esta sin experiencia

I have always been skeptic about this place, and I should have stayed away. First off $7 amf change for a double double meal. Okay fine... much to my surprise the patries are smaller and thinner than anything I have seen on a burger. Taste not half bad, but come on when you eat a burger it should be a burger not anorexic pieces of meat. Then come the fries, they were awful. I can understand not freezing them no problem with that. But when they get to you in there nice and hot and you take that first bite theres no Chris penis it just tastes like a soggy greasy potato with little to no flavor. Maybe thats why they need a secret menu to load up their fries with flavor. Overall I give two stars just for the customer service. The value is definitely not there I highly doubt I would try this place again.

Sorry, In-N-Out Burger fans...I just dont get it. The food here isnt bad, but isnt great. Its really an average but unspectacular fast food burger. I would rate it as being better than McDonalds and Burger King, and about on par with Wendys, Sonic, and What-a-burger. Five Guys Burgers and Fries is far superior. The cult following is a strange phenomenon, and similar to someone telling me they are obsessed with unfrosted Pop-Tarts. "Yeah, but the cardboard crust and red filling are soooo good." Okay, sure. Then again, if people will go wild about White Castle, I guess I shouldnt be surprised about anything.

I DID like it. The customer service was very helpful, patient, and kind to us as we were first timers and clearly didnt know anything about their restaurant. I loved my burger. My fries were not as good as I was expecting, they were really a big stomach ache, but thats really to be expected with fast food. Ive heard so much hype about this restaurant for years! We finally decided to try it. Yes, it the food was good, the customer service was excellent! But the food wasnt so good that I would tell everyone I know to eat there. It was yummy but didnt stand out to me more than Wendys would.

Unbeatable burgers (try it Protein Style for lettuce instead of buns, and ALWAYS make it Animal Style... trust me). These burgers are a great value, costing a fraction of fancy restaurant burgers and are twice as tasty. Perfectly cooked AND flavorful patties, plenty of melty cheese, and of course, that sauce,along with very fresh tasting veggies. The fries are very thin, shoestring fries, so they must be eaten as soon as you order them or theyll be ice cold. My favorite burger in the DFW area, highly recommended!!

DECIDED TO GRAB A QUICK LUNCH THERE TODAY. THE BURGER WAS OKAY AND THE FRIES WERE OKAY, BUT I ASKED FOR A CUP OF WATER AND THE GUY SAID I HAVE TO CHARGE FOR THE CUP. THAT WAS PERFECTLY FINE, AND I ASSUMED IT WAS .50 OR SOMETHING. THEY CHARGED ME 1.75 FOR A CUP OF WATER!!!! THE REASON THEY SAID, WAS THEY HAVE TO CHARGE ME FOR THE INVENTORY. IF A PAPER CUP COSTS YOU 1.75 I AM NOT SURE HOW YOU ARE STAYING IN BUSINESS. I PERSONALLY, WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!!!!

This place is always packed!!! But thats a testament to the food that is being served. Burger tasted extremely fresh. It was a real pleasure to eat. The fries as always taste like frozen ones from Walmart and they were really small. Smaller than their normal. Dinning area wasnt as clean as I seen some but I understand the volume of their business makes it harder to keep it really tidy. Great burgers super fresh. Highly recommended

I hear great things about this franchise, so I gave it a shot. Got the drive through two times here at night time and they will be the LAST. Both times, super long waits and burgers were dry and buns hard burnt. Ive had better burgers at Burger King or McDonalds. Fries were decent, not that great like people hyped. Customer service is good, but the food here needs to be up to In-N-Out Burger standards.

I have seen and heard a lot of buzz about In-N-Out from friends and media sources over the years, but I did not think it lived up to the hype when I finally had a chance to visit while traveling for work. The employees were great, and the burger was decent, but I didnt care for the fries as much. Still a good meal, but ultimately a letdown overall.

I visited store through drive-thru on May 15. I made my order one veggie with French fries, two double double combos and both with cokes. But as I checked receipt, they didnt receive my order as two combos, instead they separated French fries and drinks from burgers, with dr.pepper and coke, which what I ordered was COKE and COKE!

Hot and juicey burgers, fresh cut French fries, cheap menu pricing, and great customer service (even late nite), opened late. If youre hungry go with the double burger or if youre wanting a taste the single does the job. Ill be back when Im in the area. Tried it in Vegas, and the service and location wasnt as nice.

Horrible food not fit for TEXAS. The lid on my little girls shake just popped right off and she was covered in chocolate shake. The burgers are extremly small. The only reason im given this one star is because the fries were actually pretty good. Other than that i dont recomend anybody eating this filth.

I love In-N-out! The employees are friendly and competent. The facilities are always clean. The food is consistently delicious. Theres only one other fast food burger place that, to me can compete, and it starts with a big W. It is always a big decision for my family to figure which one to go to.

I am from Maryland and we have five guys and they have real burgers so I though since everything is big in Texas we will be a true quarter pounder to my surprise it was more tomatoes and onions with extra extra paper thin burger. It was not worth it at all.. and the shake was too sweet for me

I was rushed during drive thru order, i had to repeat complete order , and unfortunately was not given time to order any other meal i tried to order, so dissapointed with the service i just ended up ordering one meal and left to another burger place to order for the rest of my family

Jonathan was outstanding through out my whole visit. He greeted me as soon as I walked and when I sat down and started eating, asked me if there was anything else I needed. He was very attentive and took my trash when I was finished. Outstanding service! Thank you Jonathan!

I didnt like in-and-out burger either because their burger patties are small, but then I discovered their secret menu. Since then in-and-out is a must go for any trip for me. 3x3 or 4x4 and animal fries. Everything is fresh and their secret sauce is amazing.
