Me and my husband went to Five Guys in the Galleria we informed the cashier that we had never eaten at your restaurant. Jasmine W. was the cashier and I was really impressed with her helpful attitude and her willingness to explain how to order our meals. I am always very impressed with a young person who knows about the food and takes the time to go the extra mile to do a good job. There were several other places that we could of selected to eat at, but since we were traveling, we just wanted something light. We were VERY pleased with our burgers. To me...it was a better burger than Whataburger, Braums and it was done right and not sloppy. Thank You. Mr. and Mrs. James Hemphill

Having recently moved to Dallas from Atlanta, Five Guys was one of the places I was missing the most...but not any more! While walking through the Galleria the other day, my wife spotted the newly opened Five Guys on the lower level next to the ice rink and weve already planned our next visit. Theres just something about a restaurant sticking to what it does well, so dont go there looking for chicken or fish, but only if you want one of the best hamburgers or hot dogs youll find anywhere!!! I ordered a BLT at a five guys BURGER place and was given my "burger" and it had no patty and the cheese was cold, and unmelted. And when I went to get a patty they looked at me, and then ignored me until after I said excuse me, multiple times. They then acted as if I was stupid and said a BLT is just bacon lettuce tomato and cheese, no patty, which is ridiculous because other five guys locations have always given me the patty when I just say BLT. These workers are dissrepectful and incapable of a simple job.

It was too expensive for 2 burgers 1 fries and 1 drink for 30 bucks, when we received our meal they basically threw the fries in the bag and basically had half a bag of fries dont know what was the point of the cup they didnt even try to aim for it. After eating I didnt even finished eating the burger I started to feel Ill and I just threw it away it was the first and last time I eat from this place.

Id heard about Five Guys, but never knew we had one in Dallas until I stumbled across it at the Galleria. The menu is pretty limited - burgers, hot dogs, fries, soda . . . thats it. But, they do these few things really, really well. The burger was big and very tasty. The fries are fresh cut and kind of like fries you get at the fair, but crispier. I will definitely be going back.

Pricey! For my first visit, I took my two kids there during spring break. $30 for 3 burgers, fries and drinks! We left feeling full but ripped off. Only go there if you like paying way too much for a average burger and way too many fries. The burgers are too big for the buns but not really that big, but you do get tons of fries. Staff was not very friendly.

Dont get me wrong, the food tastes GREAT, BUT the price is steep. Ill go if I feel like splurging. Id also recommend only ordering a regular size fry if youre feeding 2-3 people. They give you A LOT of fries, but like I said they taste great.

Loved the burger, the price for a burger,fries & drink close to $12. Dined at many burger joints since placing this review, they still have one of the best burgers in the Metroplex. It is pricey if you get fries and a soda also.

Visited 5 Guys in Lawrence Kansas. A pure burger treat. Be hungry if you order the regular 2 patty. Like another review said, they do Burgers, but do them darn well. We will go to Galleria next week to try this one.

dam it was my first time going there and dam was the burger and fries good it filled me up quick and its alot for a small price i recommend to anybody you should really try you wont regret it

Quick service, all the food was great and super hot. They give a crazy amount of fries! Plus you get a view of the skating rink so can judge the people when they fall.
