Buffalo Wild Wings - Oh NO! I have been a VERY regular and loyal customer at BWW and have loved it - taken all my family & friends there, etc. However, they have now posted a stupid sign stating their policy of NO GUNS on premises. I no longer feel safe to go there. Not only have they implemented a forbidden gun rule that only "good guys" will follow but have advertised with a big, bold sign to the "bad guys" that there are no guns allowed there. How dumb is that? I dont always carry a gun but if someone comes in to shoot up the place, I would pray SOMEONE had an immediate gun in response. I refuse to be told I have to be a "sitting and trapped duck" with no defense. Its odd that in this situation, the first thing they would do (if they could) would be to call for the police guns! The problem is, it takes minutes for the police to get there and in seconds, we could all be dead. The police do a fine job of cleaning up and notifying your next of kin. Unfortunately and sadly, I am forced to follow their rule if I go there. So, in response, I do not and cannot choose to be a "sitting and trapped duck" and no longer visit BWW. :-( I pray they examine this policy and change it so I can comfortably and safely visit them again. They do have great wings.

I should have read the reviews before coming here, they are low for a reason. I went to this location and ordered a medium size traditional order of 15 wings when I drive home a count my wings I only received 14. Ive learned to count my wings when ordering at BWW because Im often shorted 1-2 wings from time to time. When I spoke with the manager and informed him that I was shorted on my food he told me as of one month ago they stopped selling medium orders in the size of 15. I informed him that when I asked for 15 wings I should have been told right then that 15 was really 14. The price is the same but the number of wings you get is less... Thats great for customer service.

Crappy staff that only care about the side money and the manager was no better she probably condones the behavior. I got one glass of water no refills, it was my husbands birthday and he ordered unlimitted wings yet only got one basket due to the kitchen being slow but im pretty sure she forgot to put the order...use to be great service but now it sucks...waited over an hour and got one order of unlimited wings(the original)...thats a darn shame...wasnt even busy.

The glue that holds this joint together is known as Josh and Patty. And I dont mean that crappy Elmers either, but something more like Gorilla glue. It is a fun upbeat place with cold beer and hot CRISPY wings, not that rubbery dumpster fire wings like Pizza Hut or Wing World or whatever defrauds the public with. Just a great place for a good time, out!

We usually get to-go, but eat-in also. Clean restaurant with quick service and great food. Love how the to-go girls always open the containers and show you your order is right before you leave. They have a great happy hour too! Beware things slow considerable though during any kind of specialty sporting event, big game, or playoffs.

There is a Buffalo wild wings near my home in Frisco which is just a mile away, and been there several times. One time I happened to visit this Plano branch on a Tuesday (65Cents/wing) and I can see a significant difference , the wings are very tasteful than any other buffalo wild wings I have tried.

Server alisa sucks! She got our order wrong, didnt ask how anything came out, did not bring us our appetizer, did not bring us condiments we asked for and most importantly got our checks wrong. She did not even apologize for any of this. Love the place, just dont sit with her!!

Showed up with 5 people, the 6th person wouldnt be joining us for half an hour, dont make the mistake of telling them that or theyll tell you the entire party has to be present to be seated. So long as you dont tell them that, then everything is great here!

Great food! Our family always loves to go here for dinner. They have a very large menu of different tastes. All the TVs make a great addition to a sports-themed atmosphere, while the tablets are great for engaging young children while waiting for food. :P

Good place to get wings. Definitely recommend comming here on a Tuesday or Thursday as they have 1/2 off on boneless wings. Try not to come during a sporting event as this place WILL get really loud and the staff will not do anything about it.

Great taste, small portions, very high prices for what your getting, great atmosphere, come for the texas holdem poker electronic hand held games, great place to watch a ball game. Cold beer and happy hour beer specials before 7pm week day.

The wings are good and they have many options for sauces. The fried pickles are not good, too much corn meal in the batter. The French fries are just okay, nothing to write home about. Large wings are $20, small wings (10) are about $11

We are weekly regulars here whether getting to go or dining in. Service is fast, attentive and very friendly. They quickly fix any issue that may occur (things happen, its life). And of course, their wings are delicious everytime.

Good spot to watch sports game with friends and family. Will be crowded on a big game night. More for the atmosphere than the food in my opinion. Im a little biased though, because I would always prefer Pluckers over BWW!

One of my favorite restaurants! The food is wonderful, the people are nice, and theyve got televisions galore. Every football game you could want to see is on, and you can enjoy it with all the other fans there!

Good wings, lots of wing sauce options, from sweet-spicy. Wedge fries are seasoned and really good. Lots of tvs and sports are always on. Full bar and several beers on tap.

Service has gone downhill. Servers are rude and do not check the table. Chicken quality has also degraded on both their wings and naked tenders. But got 50+ TVs!
