Gwen the bartender is a 0!!!; I have been coming to this place for 2 years, brought clients, friends, dates, and my last visit; FAMILY I have not seen in 25 years;I ask for the tab to pay? she rings it up on his card and takes my beer? she has waiting on me twice and both times has been an issue? her comprehension is slow???(how many other people has she done this to?)My servers are; Mike, Gina, Will, and Rick.(GREAT SERVICE) Note to the new owners review your cameras,( sales on her shift) she was running late for her shift!, 4 customers drinks empty at once? This has left a bad taste in my mouth!! I called left my name and number w/Rick, no follow up? I will not come here with her employed, I have never been treated this way!!! from west coast to east coast. I will not recommend this place, this experience trumps all!!

I frequent this bar a lot. Often times with co-workers. I may have a drink or two, then when the bill comes Im usually the one who pays. I write a tip amount on the receipt, or write $0.00 if I leave cash. I recently went in and was told I couldnt be served because I never leave a tip. If they dont take it when they run the card or collect the cash and not say anything, is that my fault? The bartender/former Coke Head/former Starbucks barista can screw himself. Belch is the best at Karaoke. He would be the only reason I return. But I will continue to spread the word about the bartender. He must have been going through withdrawals that night. Do you expect me to pay $20 for a $5 watered down drink?

Monday nights are half price appetizers and a discount for other servers and bartenders in the industry. Tuesday nights are $2 wells and domestic bottles and drafts (including shiner woohoo!) Wednesday nights there is a seafood special. Every night but Thursday is karaoke with Belch around 10 p.m. Good singers! Kitchen is open with full menu til around 1:30. Patio for smoking. Cold draft beer. They also have speaker boxes you can put at your table to listen to whichever of the many televisions you are watching. :) :) :)

Been to a few bars between here and California, but none of them have had the repeat patronage that I give The Franchise. Any bar can throw a few drinks together and flip the nozzle on the tap, but it is the atmosphere, service, and quality that set a local dive apart from a good bar. Between the good food (try the blackened chicken alfredo) and the great staff/atmosphere (ask for Rick and check out karaoke night) The Franchise continues to be my number one choice for drinks and a good night out.

I go here after work some nights and they always have great food, highly recommend the quesadillas or the burgers, and the wings and chips and salsa are awesome. Drinks are fairly priced and the staff is quick and responsive. They also do Karaoke on some nights and its fun. A lot of the customers are friendly and helpful. All together its a very open bar and has a good vibe to it.

They have a ton of TVs and the prices are ok but I tried to watch the Dallas Stars game (the only local game going on at the time) and waited nearly half an hour for them to attempt to find a TV to put it on. If you wanna watch football I guess youre ok bit dont waste your time with anything else...

They obviously dont know what a chicken caesar salad is. It was a quarter head of lettuce in a bowl with some odd dressing and chicken from a can! Seriously? And the waitress wasnt the sharpest tool in the shed. But what u expect, it is in a strip mall.

Great restaurant and sports bar with that friendly, neighborhood feel. The food is exceptional for a sports bar/grill type place. The service is friendly and the place is always sparkling-clean. Awesome TV setup with great bartenders and great food.

This place is pretty nice. The food is excellent and drink prices reasonable, minus one star because of weird clickish crowd. I felt like I went back in time to junior high...very uncomfortable, it might just be the days and time I go.

Pretty casual place. I met up with a few friends here recently, and had some pretty basic pub-type food and it was pretty decent. Crowd was friendly, televisions were on but not drowning out conversation, and staff was attentive.

I went with my friend. Waitress was very friendly and good. Ambiance is excellent. Since I only eat veggies, I ordered Pizza and Quesadilla and a wine, my friend had some chicken dishes. Everything was good.

A dive bar in Plano?! Yes, and be careful... bathrooms here can stink up the whole place. But Belch runs the great karaoke that draws a big crowd.
