I have been frequenting Buffalo Wings & Rings since 2012 and havent been to Buffalo Wild Wings (by choice) since. BW&R has a nice spacious building and there is a TV in pretty much every direction you can look. For those saying this place is too small to be a sports bar - at one time I agreed..however in 2014 they acquired their former neighbor Key Banks floor space and have taken the wall out to expand their capacity. The wing sauces at BW&R are delicious and you can have any flavor at any heat level - and it is also considerably cheaper to eat and drink there than at BWW. They have pretty good prices on domestic drafts. As far as starters, the spinach and artichoke dip w/pita chips is fantastic and worth the price. The Pickle Chips and Buffalo Nachos are also very good but not worth the price. Just being honest. Every entree Ive had has been awesome but the wings are the best. Tuesday night is 1/2 off wings so keep that in mind. Mixed drinks were horrible both times Ive ordered them so I stick to beer. This place is SLAMMED on Fri and Sat evenings so plan accordingly.

My husband and I used to come here a lot because the food was great in comparison to Bdubs. However, the service has gotten increasingly worse over time. We went a few days ago and I ordered extra sauce on my wings (since last time half of them were bare) and still half of them came bare, and my husband got a half portion of his meal instead of a full. The time before that, we waited 35 minutes for our check when we were one of only two tables. I took a friend there about a month ago and our (new) server was extremely rude and acted like everything I asked for annoyed her - even though all the things I asked for were things I had already ordered that she simply kept forgetting to bring. She even openly griped about us using a coupon. I attempted to order takeout to avoid the rude service, and ultimately went home with burnt food, missing food, and blue cheese with giant cream cheese chunks in it. Doubtful we will be back.

Awful awful awful!!! Went there Friday night at 11:45pm on 3/31/2017. Found out they changed the name so its not Buffalo Wings and Rings anymore. Apparently they literally changed over that day. Thought thered be some cheery waitstaff telling us about the great new place and all of the new menu items. Nope. She was acting as if we just ruined her night. When we went to order 20 minutes later (yeah. It took that long) she finally told us that all of the menu items were off and they only had fried food after midnight. Hmmmm couldnt of said that when we sat down. Ugh. So we stayed and ordered Wings Cheese sticks and fried pickles. All three of them came lukewarm and all of it sucked. Will never EVER EVER go back to what was one of my favorite places to go before the change.

This place is not Buffalo Wings & Rings anymore. They have some similar items on the menu, but its really not the same. Now they charge .50 cents extra just to make the sauce hotter. Service is slower than before. Waitress kept apologizing for the slow service. She blamed it on the kitchen and the bartender which was probably true, but come on .... the customers dont want to hear the restaurants problems. Better management is needed and training too. Lastly, I had requested all "drummies" which was not a problem at BW&R, but now apparently it is. The place is now called Mavrix Restaurant & Bar. Bill and Gene need to get things running better if they want to hold onto the clientele that helped them succeed this far.

Went to this place when it was Buffalo wings and rings. chicken was frozen and over processed and the sauce tasted like it came straight.from the grocery store. After getting sick that night I swore I would never go back. Service was horrible as well my partner and I were treated horribly. Well fast forward to now and the place has a new name. I assumed it was under new owner /new menu. Terribly disappointed to find the same terrible food and service. Table was filthy and my napkin stuck to it. I ordered a salad to be safe but the lettuce was no good, chicken was processed, and croutons were stale. Will never be back.... too bad a new name doesnt necessarily mean a new restaurant.

This place is a few miles from our home, so my fiance and I decided to try it out. Were huge Buffalo Wild Wings fans, so we thought wed see how this compares. He ordered boneless wings, and I ordered a wrap. The chicken in both of our meals was extremely disgusting. Stringy, chewy, dry, and flavorless, despite the disgusting amounts of sauce this place poured onto it. My fiances wings were served to him literally in a pool of sauce. It took a good 20 minutes to get our bill, and the waitress never even checked back to refill drinks. The music they played was horrible, too. Dont waste your time..unless you enjoy disgusting food.

Service was really good and plenty of football games were on and they were friendly to switch specific TVs to requested games. I preferred their boneless wings to bdubs. Tasted like actual chicken. Unfortunately their sauces were not anywhere close to bdubs though. The fact that I havent been back since November, and have been to bdubs a handful of times tell you how important sauces are. I have a good impression of this place, but not sure Ill go back.

Nothing ever tastes bad its just not consistent. I will say the wings are bigger and better than bdubs, boneless are hand dipped. Im obsessed with their nachos though! BUT every time I go theyre never the same. Last time I had an overload of sauce yet some chicken had no sauce. There was 1 jalapeno... I dont know how nachos can be that difficult. The only thing thats consistent is the blue cheese they serve. Its delish.

Great and phenomenal experince i had. On top of me being a repeat customer. I brought my mother and grandmother for them they had a taste for wings. Not only did they enjoy the food but our server was great. Even though they hadly speak english she had patience. And she was always checking up on us. Lookong forward for next week. Smh to bad i forgot her name lol.

Just ordered 10 buffalo wings and 5 Thai Chili wings for take-out. Sauces were good and plentiful, blue cheese dressing was exceptional. I was quite disappointed that one of the Buffalo wings was so over cooked that the meat was nothing but crunch. It was placed on the bottom of the pile of wings. I personally will not return.

Only place Ill eat wings anymore. They are twice the size of Bdubs wings and they actually put sauce on them. Dont be turned away by the price, the wings are massive. Plus you can order the sauce you want and then say how hot you want it, the sauces arent locked into a spice level. Dont waste your money anywhere else.

Food was very good. Better than BWW in my opinion. The service however was lacking. The waitress did her best as they were short staffed, but we (four adults and one child) were there for almost 3 hours. Hopefully the next time I go there, the service will be better so I may give more stars.
