I dont know why we torture ourselves. Out of desperation we go here and every time end up cursing Taco Bells name. If you actually get what you order its thrown together and then thrown into a bag. When you realize it, its too late. So youre stuck with soggy tacos/burritos, Mexican pizza with its cheese stuck to the top of the box, quesadillas with meat in half (if youre lucky) and basically a huge disappointment as a caregiver having to feed this monstrosity to your family. F**k this Taco Bell. Its sucked since I was a kid.

The employees never get your order right, either they dont care or cant do there job correctly. I always go inside because its worse if you go thru the drive thru. Rather its the sour cream they forgot to put on your taco supreme or leave out an item completely, theres always something wrong. Bridge city taco bell is always better. They fill your order correctly and theres plenty of meats in the priduct

Ive gone to this establishment twice. They messed up the same order twice. I am allergic to dairy. I specifically asked for no cheese or sour cream. They didnt put the cheese on it the second time so I aimed theyd managed to do their job properly the second time. Of course not! They still put the sour cream. So yet again, Im still out of freaking money and food. NEVER going to this establishment again.

Hire people who actually WANT to work. NOT JUST BODIES TO KEEP BEHIND THE COUNTER. Telling a customer "here" while handing them their order (which was all but stale) instead of "thank you", "have a nice day", or "please come again" is not only unprofessional, but makes it seem like you have a bunch of assholes as the face of your company. They want fifteen an hour? Laughable.

Was pretty good but there was hardly anything on the tostada at all! The mini quesadillas are really good, and I wish the drinks came in styrofoam instead of plastic but thats just my preference. The styrofoam doesnt have the condensation mess, but I dont know which is easier to recycle either, the one that is would be my new favorite! Over all a very nice experience!

When I got there there was a lady standing at the front counter in her panties she would look like she was getting two bags of free food and she gave the black lady that was working in the back $2 and then two other men walked in they were black but they was playing their music real loud no one want to listen to all that rap but the only thing was good with the food

The manager here is the problem. Every time Ive had interaction with him its been a bad experience. He has the worst attitude, never says thank you or has a smile on unless its someone he knows. I dont understand why people return to this location. Some of the worst customer service Ive received from fast food in my life.

Great employees are always polite and friendly, always get my order right! Never have to go back for missing food items. (Some may say this is just simply doing their job but if you have been to many of the other fast food joints in the area you would understand why this is amazing to me)
