I arrived and the lady that attended me was busier talking to someone else rather than working on my order. After about 7 minutes another employee noticed that they were out of fries. In total I waited about 12 minutes. The lady that took my order then was eating in the restaurant and started using profanity in Spanish while she spoke to another person. I was sitting by the other end of the room and I could hear her clearly. Also I could listen to another employee arguing about a chicken sandwich that was,taking too long. The bahavior of the staff was not acceptable. The place was clean. The food tasted good, but was at room temperature. It is very unlikely that I will return.

My husband brought home 2 burgers, a fry, and a large soft drink. The burgers were doused with Mayo when we asked for without, the soft drink was straight soda water and we dumped the whole thing, and the fries were unbearably salty and old. I love salt but I couldnt even eat them. Its actually bizarre to me how bad that experience was because there wasnt a single person in the drive through or in the dining area so they werent busy. We will never return to this location. Its worth going a mile or two out of your way for a different BK.

The service was slower than expected at the drive through(no line, 6 minutes for 2 standard sandwichs) Although its fast food, processed, and fried, the cheeseburger and chicken sandwich we ordered were a sad imitation of what we expected. Lifeless and smooshed in the wrapper, both lacked fresh toppings, with wilted lettuce on both,and a pale tomato on on the burger. Even compared to other local fast food burger restaurants, this BK misses basic expectations. I wont be returning.

We ordered Chicken Fries with bbq, Onion Rings, and a couple of Coca Colas. This place managed to screw up our entire order with undercooked chicken fries, room temperature onion rings, and crappy cherry coke. Oh and they failed to do the simple task of putting sauce packs and napkins in a bag. All while giving moderate customer service. I would highly recommend the bk on University Ave instead, its worth the extra couple miles of travel, or the McDonalds across the way.

This place is fine. Anyone who complains is a spoiled American brat who cant appreciate that at least they have easy access to food and clean water. Really? Complaining cause your food is cold? Im from Vietnam and people eat food out the trash in the rare events there are leftovers. And how does an employee using a curse word even affect the taste of your food? Also youre dumb if you complain about cherry coke cause they dont have it.

This place sucks. I was there on my trip home and I just wanted a hot sandwich . Nope. They couldnt get it right. I just ordered a whopper with bacon. First one was cold. Second one took 5 mins for them to get it out to me. Only had pickles on it. Third one they forgot my bacon. I just will never go back. The staff seemed to all be special needs people. Dont waste your time unless your looking for a good laugh.

Tried to order onion rings was informed they were all out. How does this happen? Did a person show up and order all the onion rings you had? I was at a loss for words when I was informed of this, so I did order food. I think I wont be back which is a shame because I did enjoy your food every once in a while. Rob

Cashier was friendly. I ordered the bisquits and gravy combo meal. The gravy was good and hot. The bisquits were chewy and nearly impossible to cut. The tator tots were old. I was given ketchup packages because they were out if ketchup. The views were good, but next time Ill pass.

They are moderately quick. Better than other burger kings Ive gone to. The lady that works at the drive through isnt very nice. If I ask her how she is its "Monday and still at burger king". Obviously not very enthused about her job. They also charge for my 3 ranch.

What a mess!! The ladies room had feces smeared all over the toilet. There was no soap to wash hands. There was filth blowing out the ceiling vents in the front if the restaurant near the soda dispensers. The soda dispensers were on a constant dribble.

This place is always very slow. I was in the drive through line for over 20 minutes today. When I pulled up to order there were 3 cars in front of me. Food is good, but if you are in a hurry dont stop here.

A little below par for typical fast food. I had a chicken salad- the greens were wilted & the chicken has hard edges. Employees conversations heard in the background were not professional.
