Friendly staff, but the drinks are wrong or different nearly every time, even though I order the same thing. The ordering process is slow, because they have to punch in every detail about your drink every time instead of you just telling the person who makes it. I order the same thing nearly every time. Today, my "large" iced tea was handed to me 3/4 full, and my "iced" coffee drink was served hot. It took them so long to make the order wrong that I just accepted it rather than wait another 10 to 12 minutes for them to get it right. The staff are kind and welcoming, though. And, Ive seen managers yelling at the staff to Come on and get it together people when the drinks are made wrong. Not exactly professional management style. The new issue today is that they were short-staffed and wanted to take my order across the room from the drive-through cash register. That meant shouting my order 30 feet across the room over the noise of loud coffee machines. Not exactly my idea of a good time. I like the food and people here, but I can get a much more consistent order at Brueggers or Panera on my way in to work.

Went in with my girlfriend and got very basic orders: two black coffees and a blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese. It took literally 30 minutes for them to tell me that blueberry bagels were out. I was looking directly at the basket full of blueberry bagels but at this point I didnt care I just asked for a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese. 10 minutes later they give me a chocolate chip bagel with plain cream cheese. That alone was enough for me to never return as I saw everyone around me having the same problem, insane wait times and incorrect orders. My girlfriend is a bit more generous and went back to give them a second try. She orders an iced coffee and gets a large caramel cooler with coffee instead. I dont understand how the employees are so improperly trained and mismanaged. I will never be returning to this location again.

My family and I have visited on multiple occasions, and our order has been incorrect almost every time. We usually get a dozen bagels and always specifically request them unsliced, but more often than not that request is ignored. The times weve ordered sandwiches and coffee drinks havent fared any better. This morning we ordered a dozen bagels, unsliced, and breakfast sandwiches. The bagels came sliced and one of the sandwiches was completely incorrect. When I brought this to the cashiers attention, she acted like it was my own fault for coming in on a busy Sunday morning. We will not be returning.

Obviously recently opened, but there just seemed to be a lack of order. It took a few minutes to give them my order at the drive thru, then, 5-10 minutes sitting at the window with no one acknowledging us, and barely an interaction when we were finally handed our drinks. The old Caribou location this one replaced was much more efficient and friendly. Hope they can get there for next time we are in town.

I will start with the fact that I love their coffee and love their food, but the service at this location is abismal. It is very slow with no apologies for the wait. Ive been here in the middle of the afternoon with no one in the drive-thru and only a couple cars in the parking lot and had to wait 10 minutes for a bagel with Nutella, bananas, and almonds on it.

I was hoping the speed of service was the result of opening a new store. Unfortunately, you can expect a 15+ minute wait every time in the drive thru. If i didnt have two kids in tow, going in is a reasonable option (albeit still slow). Coffe is good, but Ill return to starbucks :( they can turnnout food and beverage without ruining my commute time. Bummer

Ordered a hot chocolate. Received coffee. They fixed it, but it was extremely hot and burnt my tongue and the roof of my mouth. It was not very well mixed and tasted mostly like milk, not chocolate. The bagels were toasted, which is great, except that they burnt the toppings. Also, a very expensive breakfast. I will not be returning.

The coffee and bagels are great. The staff is friendly. But almost every time i order at the drive thru they get my order wrong some how, usually a drink is wrong. They always are very apologetic and correct it, but the amount of times it is wrong (4 of the last 5 times) means its not a fluke, its a pattern.

The parking lot is way too small. The engineers did not take in to account the line of drive through customers when designing the layout of the parking stalls. In most cases, when there are cars in the drive through, you cannot exit the parking lot comfortably. The bagel sandwich I bought was decent.

Perfect combination of coffee drinks and bagel delights. The Bagel Lox is my favorite sandwich for lunch, and Einstein have a decent menu selection. A little noisy for a meeting spot, and they really need a more indicative sign (with the brand names more visible).

Very slow service. Bagels seem to always be contaminated with other flavors. Coffee is boiling temperature when you get it so you cant drink it for about 20 min after. Its so close to my house so Ive tried it multiple times and I think it gets worse every time.

Takes forever and they can never get my order right. Ever. Granted I make up my own breakfast sandwich and I suppose can be confusing but if you dont understand what Im asking for, please ask and double check! Also just not very friendly.

This place just recently opened. It is both a caribou cafe and an Einstein Bros bagels. Lovely setup and lots of windows. Ignore the other review since it was most likely posted when the place just opened. The staff is excellent now :)

This place is awesome! My wife and I have had Einstein bagels in Chicago but have never seen a combo with Caribou. The owner came around to check on how everything was. Great place for coffee and breakfast sandwiches, try the farmhouse

They can NEVER get your order right. EVER. I love einsteins from back west. For some reason this one is just awful. I ask toasted with butter and get plain untoasted with nothing on them. Way to go geniuses. Glad to see Darwin failed.

SOOOOOOO SLOW! Waited in drive through for 30 mins. I could have gone somewhere else but instead I was late for work and have to wait till noon to eat. I dont mind waiting but very frustrating. Cant go back unless its on my day off.

Love their coffee, but always have to wait forever! Today I waited for 20 minutes in the drive through with only 5 cars in front of me. I saw at least 5 cars just leave bc they were tired of waiting. No apologies from anyone.

Waited in drive thru line for 15 minutes and couldnt get out because there is no place to allow that, messed my drink up 3 different times and never left with the right product. Needs to get it together.
