Ridiculous service went to drive thru at 7:45pm was only one in drive thru and no one in lobby was ask to hold a sec at speaker took 7mins and 32 seconds for the person to come back on and acknowledge us after order was taken got to window and was told they would have to substitute most of our stuff due to them being out then asked to pull around again still only one inside and outside then took 13mins and 56secs to receive food went thru bag and didnt get half of what we order (3 combos where ordered got 2 out of 3 burgers and only 1 out of 3 fries) WILL NOT BE GOING BACK

I understand that 3 am isnt the highest grossing time of day. You would hope though that the ONLY employee would find someway to keep herself awake. It took 15 minutes worth of several honks by not only myself but another couple ahead of me and a phone call by that couple to wake this woman. The food was fine, but the wait was unacceptable. If there had been any other option at 3 am I would have gone there.

EXTREMELY rude staff, the place in general is very unclean, unsanitary cooking methods (cashier handling peoples money then going and cooking the food with her bare hands without washing them or using gloves), I didnt even get my food, I asked for my money back.
