Travelling back home from the cities the night of Jul 28, 2014. Passed through maple plain. It was five minutes to 11 pm. Three cop cars parked at the location. One of them at the pump. A truck driver parked at another pump. Needed gas, to use the restroom, and get something to drink. I went to pump as there is no signs posted requiring to pay at pump. Employees inside one male and one female with short reddish hair. No signs posted stating they are closed. I lifted lever and was ready to pump gas. Waited for authorization of the pump. Waited and waited. I looked several times towards the window. The male employee sat with his back to the window. The three cops sat inside chatting it up while having drinks and food. Finally the girl goes to the counter...I thought she was going to authorize the pump, so I look back at the pump and it finally asked if I had a cub rewards card. I said no. Then it said authorizing pump...Waited and waited. Looked back at the Window and suddenly two closed signs were put up. Really? I was there before they closed...then the cops and the one truck driver gets waited on? Im ignored? Only cause they didnt want to handle my transaction and why? Were they lazy? Didnt they think I was going to rob the place with three cops there? Disgusting and rude service. If they are closed then kick the lazy cops out. You cant help me then they need to get out and not hang out inside. Then I tried to run my card at the pump...the pump then cancelled my transaction. Never again will I stop there. I took my business to the next gas station that was open and was not a Holiday based station. I recommend to anyone to stay away from this place and Holiday stores all together.
