Time 2:41 PM - The wait time for dine in and drive thru are ridiculous - I am writing my review as I wait - Normally I give positive reviews - Hopefully the service and food are worth the wait........ Time 3:01 PM - Okay I just left the drive thru and the team member Montreal gave me wonderful customer service and also was courteous of my wait time - If it wasnt for him Id give Popeyes 1 star but because of Montreal Ill give Popeyes 3 stars..... Montreal you deserve 5 STARS!

I thought the male cashier was the most kindest one there. The other workers didnt care or even say sorry that they didnt have butter there when other Popeye chains have it. When I talked about what was wrong to the manager. All she said was" I know ` and no apology at all. Water in the floor of womens restroom, and also while I was eating a fly was buzzing around me. Taking my business to Chicken Express next time!

Lack in customer service! Drive thru no one came to the window for almost 10 min There were at least 7 workers horsing around laughing cussing and goofing off. The drive thru cashier seemed like the only one that was working. I got home and the boxes were just thrown in the bag never closed the boxes.Very slow service. Chicken was very bland. Need to retrain your employees.

The last time I carried out from this place they got my order wrong AND they gave me dried-out chicken. YUCK! Two weeks ago I carried out for 2 and it was some of the best chicken we had EVER had. At that time the attendant was unfriendly and seemed impaired. This last time the attendant was friendly, but incompetent. Go figure.

I just left. They didnt have spicy strips, so the cashier stared at me rudely because I asked for my money. Then made me repeat 3 times that I wanted it back. To add insult to injury, she laid my money on the counter. The male worker picked it up & placed it in my hand. U lost this customer 4 ever!! 10/12/16 5:15pm

Not sure if theyre under staff or the workers just dont care to work. I was in the drive through line for over 10 mins , so I finally decided to go inside . I ordered my food and it took about 15 mins for them to give me my order . The workers act as if your not there and just talk amongst themselves .

I love me some Popeyes chicken but come on Popeyes the size of the chicken is getting smaller and smaller. I got a 16 piece and 2 of the pieces were the size of wingstops chicken wings, and they gave me a chicken breast that was cut In two. Somebody needs to get it together there.

Worst Popeyes in the history of the franchise. I ordered a 5 piece n got the most soggy 3 piece Ive ever had. Fries were horrible. No ice in my drink. No condiments offered or place in bag. Wish could give this place a 0. Popeyes will never get my hard earned money again. Garbage.

The food is ok sometimes but I hate day old chicken and the corn is just not like it should be! Its dry and kernels are hard like it has not been cooked. Then if you order something its never dipping sauces nor napkins. When you call them to complain nobodys answering the phone.

Long wait in drive through, but totally worth it. FRESH chicken and biscuit. Perfect. Good red beans and rice. Attentive staff. Huge improvement since last few visits. I had stopped coming a few months ago. Good job on getting your act together!

Slow service, I was car #2 in drive thru took them 25 mins to get to me, sat at the window for another 10 mins ( I orded a side of red beans and rice and 3 biscuits) noone came to greet me so I left. absolutely no customer service

Had to wait 45 minutes for two combos then get home didnt get my sauce that I ordered thats on my receipt and the fish looked and smelled bad I wouldnt even feed it to a dog.. customer service sucks!! Stay away
