This is not the Tex-Mex I so dearly love. That said, it is superior to any other fast-food place of any description, especially in terms of quality. The service rivals Chick-Fil-A, but on quality, they may actually beat CFA (CFA does win on service, but not by as much as they do against other places). The food is flavorful, using high quality chicken and veggies. I suspect the rice is white rice instead of briwn, so they lose a few points for that, but thats he only quality points they lose. They have a variety of salsas, which are very good. The avocado salsa is surprisingly good. They do sell a variety of burritos, and chicken dishes, all of which are excellent. They also have a lighter fare menu, which is equally tasty and filling. All in all, a very good place to eat at a very reasonable price.

Awful! My first time there will be my last time. I ordered the Mexican Cobb salad to go. Got home, removed the lid, got a whiff of some rank spoiled chicken. It was beyond bad! Had to throw it away or risk food poisoning. I cant believe they served what should be in the garbage!! I asked if the salad chicken was day old (or more) or fresh. The manager claimed it was fresh. I have serious doubts. I dont even think day old would smell bad, that is if it was stored correctly. The chicken in my salad had to be days old and not refrigerated! The manager also claimed that the marinade would create that smell. If thats the case, they wont stay in business long. And Id like to see her eat the rot they served me!

Better service at Taco Cabana. First, we had a coupon: $10 chicken meal for 2 inc. 2 thighs, 2 legs, 2 sides, 2 drinks and 2 churros. First, NOWHERE on the coupon did it say we could not order through the drive thru, but the girl working drive thru told my husband he must go inside to use the coupon. Second, we took the food to go but they did not pack napkins or utensils for us. Third, their side "salads" are NOT salads at all but iceberg lettuce with tortilla strips. Fourthly, their coleslaw was watery as if they had added water to the mayo to make it stretch for longer. Gross. Ill be going to the location in Bedford instead where I had a GOOD experience.

I showed up right before closing, so service was quick. Everyone was nice but eager to close up the store. My first time visiting, and the food is great. Wish I could taste everything on the menu. Only thing that kind of upset me was that I asked for corn tortillas and received flour instead. I love flour but my husband doesnt. I would recommend to all my friends.

I experienced El Pollo Loco years ago in California. The chicken had a different seasoning back then. Now Theis more flavorful. Actually I missed the old style. But this one really is good. Try it. You just may like it.

Nice interior with good food and reasonable prices. They offer baked chicken platters with sides along with bowls, burritos, tacos etc. Chicken is in the name of the place so dont expect to find a beef burrito here.

Good food. Only bad thing my husband and I got there on their bussiest time and all tables were dirty. I did ask several employees to wipe it off before our food is ready. They said SURE! But never did.

This place is great! Mexican theme with healthy options as well as traditional faves. Chicken is tender and flavorful rotisserie style. I got chips and guac that were fresh and homemade tasting. Try it!
