Ordered our food to-go from here.. after waiting forever for our "to-go" food we started to check our order to make sure everything we ordered was there. Before my husband could finish the bartender walked up and assured him that he had just double checked the order and everything was there. Since we had a fairly large order (togo for 8) we figured maybe they took extra care of us in confirming the orders accuracy. Wrong!!!!! By the time we opened all the food when we arrive home, we find out we have 2 missing salad dressings, one missing soup, and (shame on us for not realizing) none of our to-go drinks... So then i try to call in and file a complaint with their manager (hoping that the bartender would learn a lesson) and the hostess that answered hung up on me! I was not rude or anything.. i simply said " Hello i would like to file a complaint with the manager" then all i hear is dial tone. NEVER going back to this place. Doesnt matter how good the food is if the customer service sucks and the people that work there obviously have some inability to go their jobs correctly or are incompetent.

I can only speak for this specific Red Robin as I hear bad things from everyone I know about their local Red Robin, but that being said this one is excellent. The staff is well trained and friendly. The manager has come to speak to our table at almost every visit. The food is consistently very good and the burgers are excellent for the price. You could go to 5 guys in the same parking lot and get a mediocre overpriced burger or come to this Red Robin, enjoy some outdoor seating on a nice day, get a significantly better burger, add a beer or boozy shake (the Guinness and jameson shake is legit!), and get the bottomless fries all for about the same as you would pay at 5 Guys. Pro tip: Ask for fries when your server takes your drink order and enjoy them while you wait for your food. Everything I have had here has exceed my expectations and as I said the service is excellent. I tried to convince myself this should 4 stars but when I looked at all the points I judge at a restaurant this Red Robin exceeded expectations in every measurable way.

Great service, tasty food. While experiences with chain restaurants may vary, this Red Robin always seems to be among the best examples whether for dine-in or carry out. The only down side is that this location tends to be busy, especially with its proximity to North East Mall and the nearby movie theater. Ive also found that theres a bit of a crowd there during major sporting events or games. Their facility is best designed for parties 4 or under. Theres limited ability to handle larger parties, which usually translates to very long wait times to be seated, especially during peak dinner times, or the weekends. There is an outdoor patio, but its surrounded with a view of parking lots, the mall, and shopping centers. An investment in some planters would go along ways to improving the outdoor dining experience.

Terrible service!! Both my wifes food and my food came out wrong after waiting 30 minutes from the time of order. Then we waited an additional 30 minutes to get our corrected food. I ordered a shake to be dessert after my food, however it came during the second 30 minutes wait, before I had even had my dinner! The manager never once came to our table, however she did visit a table a few tables down to correct their issue (same server as us). I tried to get her attention but was ignored. Our server would also disappear for long periods of time and didnt bother to update us after we asked for the status of our meal. When the bill came, she took my credit card and was gone for another 20 minutes. Our total time at the restaurant was approximately 3 hours... Ridiculous!

I love this place and so do many others, so be prepared to wait. If you dont eat beef so think Red Robin isnt a place for you I couldnt disagree more. My wife doesnt eat beef and loves this place. I almost always have the same thing, the Burnin Love. A consistent performer and always enjoyable. My wife has the Burnin Love with either blackened chicken or their veggie burger. I recently had the FIERY GHOST STYLE TAVERN DOUBLE which was also very good. Join their "Club" "Red Robin Royalty"!!! They dont overwhelm you with emails and you get buy 9 get 1 free (or maybe its 10 and 1 free I forget). The service at this Red Robin is especially good.

Want to have a guaranteed great time at this Red Robin? See if you can get Conor to serve you. While the level of service at this Red Robin is typically high, Conor was absolutely a step above (at least when he took care of us tonight). Besides the great service, the thing that brings us back to Red Robin is the taste and value. They may not have the largest burgers in town, but they always taste outstanding. And those never ending (slightly oversalted for my taste) fries will make sure that you dont leave hungry. Plus, your meal wont cost you an arm and a leg, usually a meal is around $10 for a adult.

We love the burgers. My husband is always surprised by how good the Pig Out Double Tavern is - the bacon aioli is pretty awesome - and for $7.99 (including Bottomless Fries!), its as good a deal as most fast food places. Plus, we get coupons for freebies on a regular basis by being members of their club. Unfortunately, we were spoiled by the amazing service at the Hulen location when we lived in Ft Worth, and both times weve visited this one, they havent quite impressed us...still totally willing to go back and give em another shot since the food and price are right, though!

Dirty tables everywhere, they dont even wipe the tables after each use. Took over 25 minute to get our food, my Salad barely had avocados in it and my chicken was still pinkish. We got full off chips and drinks, while waiting, whats worse is the manager was doing was everyones job. The server dropped off our food and walked away, didnt ask if we needed anything and we needed refills and we were left waiting. We are not returning to this red Robin or any location, the bad service isnt worth it the wait. I rather go to five guys and wait half the time for the price.

Pretty good burger joint. Fun atmosphere, good food, some of prices are a little high for burgers but the quality makes up for some of that. Also, there are some more affordable options on the menu. I always like when the sever asks "how would like it cooked" when I order a burger...makes me feel like they have a cook that knows what hes doing. Most importantly, my burger was cooked exactly how I asked. They remodeled recently so the restaurant feels a little more "closed in" but its a good look. Service was good too. Ill definitely return.

My very first time at this location. I had to wait an extraordinary amount of time for ANYONE to get my drink order in the first place. Once we finally got out drink I could place our orders. I was very specific about what I DID NOT want on my burger. Once food finally arrived my burger had everything I DID NOT want and none of my substitutions. Also to add the mens restroom was filthy and had standing water. No apology was given at all about my food. I will not be back to this location.
