Ive tried going here twice. I love Boston market and was hoping my first bad experience was a fluke... NOPE. First time I sat in the drive through for 34 minutes... what in the hell??? Then my food was cold. Safe to say I was pissed. This time I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes... when I finally got to the window the girl said they would have to cook the chicken for my chicken carver if I still wanted it and that it would be 15-20 minutes... what in the heck, seriously? It would have been cooking when I first ordered it, but they were too lazy

My turkey and sides tasted good, but not that hot. My wife said her chicken salad was not as good as it used to be. Only one ice - soda dispenser so you have to wait (Most places this size have two) And why do they only offer One huge drink size? I guess so they make more money Oh and they run on a different calendar - 2 for 1 special THEY say is Saturday 3/9/17 Saturday is the 11th

The rotisserie chicken was dry, the corn bread was only a 1/2 inch thick like a slice of bread and the new potatoes were hard and dried out too. The potatoes have also been changed from Garlic Dill that were delicious to just salt and pepper and roasted, so whoever decided to change them congratulations they are horrible now.

Every time we go to this location, they NEVER fail to screw up our order!! They always forget something, give us the wrong side, or give me something I didnt order! It is SO frustrating getting all the way home only to find that they, yet again, got it WRONG! I will not be going to this location again!!!

Got there at 7 mins til close, they had already locked the doors, and were almost done breaking down the food line. Drove all the way from Haslet with a craving for spinach cassarole and a potpie and were sadly dissapointed. They should not say they are open til ten if they lock the doors before ten.

Im giving this place four starts because the food is always great, but I cant say the same about the service. My experience was "meh" at best in regards to service. Im listening to people near me complain about the impersonable or rude service. I keep coming back for that creme spinach and meatloaf.

The food here is GREAT however the service sucks every. Single. Time. It never fails that were going to recieve some sort of smart attitude or unnecessary sarcasm. If they could just work on that this place would be so much better. But weve been coming here for years & it still never fails.

Great comfort food and very homey feeling. Only thing missing for 5 stars was knowledge of Thier menu. I aksed for gluten free menu and the manager was quick to snap back they dont have one. One if the workers told him that do have an alergen chart. Manager seemed short with his staff.

The food looked as if had been sitting for awhile, very unpleasant! And if that wasnt bad enough one of the ladies that was serving the drive through came over and emptied an alrdy made plate back in the food on the line. I was so shocked and disgusted, i left.
