I stopped by this Panda Express to pick up lunch for my 2nd grader at her request. When I asked for a small kid sized water I was given a glass with a lid just sitting on top that spilled all over me when handed to me. Why would the employee hand a faulty lid to a customer in the drive through?!? I then asked for soy sauce and was given 1 package. I stated I please needed more soy sauce and was then given 4 packages that were basically thrown at me. After all this I checked my bag and realized I was not given the sweet n sour dipping sauce for my chicken eggroll. I asked the employee for the red sauce and she stated that I didnt request it so she didnt give it to me...but did I want it? I replied Yes I wanted it, clearly I was asking for it. I have never had such a horrible experience at Panda. I also asked for chopsticks and they were left out of the bag. I will never return to this Panda location as the drive thru employee was terrible!!!

Two days ago I came through the drive thru ordered my food everything was okay till the lady at the window was chewing her gum open mouthed and holding out her hand geresting for me to hurry up then rolled her eyes as I asked her to wait a second because I misplaced my card. Once I found it I gave it to her. She then processed with checking me out and gave me my card back. I saw her go over and get my food she came back and basically through the bag at me. This caused my chow mein that was not even closed to spill all over me and my car. I then got to work and was ready to eat my food that I had paid for to see there was a long black hair and a broken nail in my rice. Purely disgusted. I will be contacting the better Business Bureau and the manager of the specialty.

Teriyaki chicken? I love panda express. I hate this location. I order the teriyaki chicken every time I come. I come at the same time on my way home from work. They have been out of the teriyaki chicken the last 3 times in a row! You would think that the manager could figure out at dinner time what to keep cooked. Once maybe but 3 times In a row? After waiting 5-10 minutes in the drive thru to be told either 10 or 15 minutes on my food. Dont come at dinner if you are in a hurry.

DONT COME HERE. First of all, when I walked in they had nothing ready or fresh. Secondly, I had to wait till people came back to the kitchen and started cooking. When food was ready, none of the vegetables were cooked and same thing for the fried rice, it was still hard. They got issues with pricing, they need to make up their minds. I didnt want to give back the food bc I know it would go to waste. Terrible experience for my first time at Panda Express.

Worst Panda Express Ive ever been to. The service was horrible, the lady practically yelled and threw the bag at me. Rolled her eyes when I had to pull up to the window because I couldnt hear her through the speaker. And the food was nasty. Honestly it was probably weeks old because I had food poisoning from it. I will be reporting this to corporate, osha and the food bureau. Dont go here unless you want to spend days in bed sick.

Walked in at 11:20am, hardly anyone there. 1 person is serving people while 3 of us wait in line without being greeted or welcomed. Takes about 5 minutes for the server to stop chatting with the guest that already paid and greet the 2 people in line ahead of me. About 10 mins later the lady in front of me gets to go, theres no rice. No lo mein. We can wait about 10 more minutes for rice. No thanks - wont be back.

When I got there I went straight to the restroom I had to use the restroom I went to wash my hand ...... there was no soap. ... there was no paper towel...... I asked for some steak and they said it was a 1.25 since extra and I asked for some shrimps but they didnt tell me it was a 1. 25 extra and they didnt give me but a teaspoon of each in my plate to go ......never be back again........ I really got screwed

waited in line for over 20 minutes, they didnt have what i requested ready so thwy substituted for something else and never refunded the difference! we never got our receipt either and when we mentioned something to cashier she acted as if we were crazy. Never coming herr again.

Regular Patron, I live near by and eat here a few times per month. The kids that work here are always happy and engaging. Theyre quick and courteous. Sometimes there is a line, but no worse than anywhere else. If they miss something its due to the line and being so popular

Bullshit. They close at 1030, I got there a little after 10 post working a double, only to be lied to and told theyre only open until 1030 on Fridays. What horseshit. Dont have your hours listed until a certain time if youre not going to respect them.

I will admit I came in 30 minutes before close with nothing but a $100 bill they not only did not have anything prepped but refused to take my hundred. Horrible service, serve till close not till you run out of fresh food then lock the door.

Im a huge Panda fan, but this location must have had an off day. I went through the drive thru and was pretty shocked by the lack of quality and quantity of food. Again, I love Panda but this turned me away for a while.
