First time coming in, ordered regular turkey plate to eat in. She cut my meat in front of me while i waited and she started talking to her coworkers and left my food cold for few minutes. Wanted both my sides to be corn and the lady only gave me corn for the amount for one side....there were no one there but the lady had to choose a seat for me instead of letting me just pick...are bostom market employees allowed to use their cell phones so openly? There were two employees on their phone in the front.

Horrible! Manager had drive-through and he was very rude and impatient. We get the food and the potatoes and steamed veggies are barely even cooked and cold, inedible! Called the store to complain and the manager was rude on the phone. After being snarky on the phone, told us we could get a meal for free, but why do we want their food. Disgusting!

Never coming to this location again. My food was messed up had to drive back and the drive through lady told me she wasent going to remake my food because it was still hot when it wasent. Then after fixing it I had to go back in the line a third time, missing my sauce. The chicken was cold and also pink (uncooked) I know it wasent remade

Staff is always great (and usually fun to talk to), the food tastes great, and the dining area (except for the drink station occasionally) is very clean. Heres a tip, they offer unlimited soup for about $3.99 and when you eat here during the week you get a coupon on your receipt for a Buy One Get One Free Meal on Saturday.

Worst customer service ever! We stood at the front counter for 5 min before someone finally aknowldeged us and they had attitude about it. Im sorry Im asking you to do your job! Save your money and go somewhere else.

A very busy location.I stood and waited to have my order taken for 5-6 minutes even though I was only person in line and there were a few employees that were doing nothing.Food was lackluster at best.

Things seem to have changed in the last 6 months. The meatloaf no longer tastes like mothers, the side dishes have a little less seasoning. Or maybe Im just growing old.
