Not as good as should have been. Fries were hard and shout serving. Sweet and Spicy burger tasted like a mustard burger and dry. Meat on double meat burger was dry, tomatoes were so green I removed them because they ruined the taste of the burger. I also requested extra veggies but did not get them. Lettuce was also wilted. I have been eating at Whataburger since the first store was opened in Alice,Texas. That is over 60 years. I will probably always eat a Whataburger from time to time but today was on the low end my rating for Whataburger. Please do something with the fries to make them softer. Today the fries were hot and hard. You asked how my experience was today and this was what my woke and I experienced. I will add, the store was very busy when we went today and it appeared the store was at the end if a busy run. Thanks and good luck. LONGTIME CUSTOMER

Worst experience I have ever had at a Whataburger! Ordered my food in the drive through, got the complete wrong order. My girlfriend goes in to get the food we actually ordered, they remake the order and assure her that everything is correct. She gets back to the car and of course we are missing our large onion rings. So i get off, go inside and ask for my onion ring, and the guy hand me some onion rings and says here this is a medium, and I reply well I ordered and paid for a large, he looks at the ticket and laughs. Save yourself some time and just go to the one on Creekside. This is literally the worst fast food place in town.

Had breakfast here Aug. 24. 2017 Typical fastfood breakfast but noticed this place has christian music playing and one hard working employee named Carolyn C. I was impressed with her fast work making sure all condaments were full while the rest of the employees were doing the typical lazy employee stint...Think the mgr of this place needs to give this hard working lady a raise. Wish I could find a hard working employee like Carolyn but I live in Harris County and its impossible.

I wish I could give zero stars but Ill give them the satisfaction. My burger didnt come with jalapeños so when I go ask then for grilled jalapeños the cook in the back is telling me oh yeah are you sure.. I told him yes thats the only reason why Id come ask for it... So hes telling me nah man let me check your burger out.. I told him are you serious? Why would I bullshit... Either way,customer was right.

Waited for about 10 minutes to get our food and when we got our food normally they ask if u want any kechup and napkins but the kid just slid the tray on the table and (keep in mind he did have the stuff in hand too ) after that my order was wrong went back to the Counter and watch a manger walk by me so I had to wave down another manger and was very nice and fix my order .

inconsistant is an understatement. i guess most people dont care with fast food. this place is slow, so you think it would be fress. not so. i have to drive to san marcos or seguin for a good whataburger. i think this one is horrible. they dont clean there burners or something because it always taste old and burnt. save you money.

I am employed at this whataburger n love everything about it dont hate on the slow service every once in a while cause were also training other people to do what were doing so yeah:)) just saying take into consideration what other things might be happening...not everything our anyone is perfect!

They forgot my extra gravy. They left my shake on the counter for 10 minutes before they brought it to me. Server girl in the white shirt was rude. Kept saying they were busy when this elderly couple told them that the trash was overflowing. Service was just bad.

Well ,first we ordered what a catch and we got a what a chick .. Then they brought the what as chatch and it was burned ,,but the staff was nice and friendly, the place was clean but do not like the cooks not wearing any gloves when handling the food ..

I know it is fast food but every other restraint in town was only taking cash so I was happy to see they took a card. This was until I got home and had a dry hamburger but had ordered a cheeseburger with no mustard, which receipt on bag also showed

(From out of town) went through the drive thru and had to wait song time for my food, once I got to the hotel my food was cold! The gravy was mushy like if they heated it in the microwave and there was a hair in my box of fries ...... DONT GO!!

One of the only businesses in Georgetown besides Walmart that is open 24 hrs. The staff are always friendly, and the food never disappoints. Love the whataburger with grilled onions and grilled jalapeños on Texas toast!

I was really thirsty so I asked for a water and offered to pay for it but they refused. I was impressed by their positive attitudes and level of service. I will always keep them in mind when Im hungry in new braunfels

It was a nice visit. I had to wait two extra minutes for fresh fries. (The other batch was accidentally dropped.). Everyone was very nice and of course I dont mind waiting for a fresh batch.

I liked it! The tea was good and the burger was delicious! Service was prompt and the workers were nice. Plus its open 24hrs, I hear.. A Wifi connection would be nice, though..
