I usually love this place but Im leaving this review since this is the third time Ive came through for breakfast and it was bad the first time I came 30 mins after breakfast started and I order one thing and I waited exactly 1 hour and 45 minutes for it and yes I timed it it was that long and all it was was a tortilla and eggs with cheese the second time I came through breakfast again they forget my hash brown sticks with my order and I wait 30 minutes this time and they forget my sticks and then tonight I came through for breakfast at 11:57 which is pretty much an hour after they start breakfast I waited for about 35 mins for my pancakes, hash brown sticks and my bacon and egg taquito well I waited and was fine until I got my order the hash brown sticks were over cooked the pancakes were over cooked and tasted so bad with strong grease taste and my taquito had dry eggs in it and over cooked bacon and wasnt even wrapped correctly the inside stuff was falling out because the ends didnt get closed I didnt even eat the stuff I paid for because it was good quality wouldnt go to this whataburger for breakfast at night they cant seem to get it together

My family and I were passing through Seguin. We decided to stop for fast food. It was around 7:00 PM. When we arrived at Whataburger, there were no other cars in the drive-thru lane. We ordered two combo meals. It took 15 minutes before we received our food. We thought it must be very fresh, because of the long wait: WRONG! This place is by far the worst fast food we have ever had. We actually threw the food away. It was awful. Bad hamburgers; horrible fries...just horrible. First and last time we will ever eat at a Whataburger.

This location is notorious for long drive-thru waits and completely messing up orders. Today I ordered an avocado burger with NO Bacon (I dont eat pork). After a 25min wait with only two cars ahead of me, I received my burger loaded with bacon. This is the normal experience here not the exception.

The staff is always friendly and polite. Our order is always correct and delicious. The only issue is the time. It always takes forever to get our food and it doesnt matter if we go in or take the drive thru. My kids and I once sat inside, waiting half an hour for our food.

Didnt even rate a star. So disappointing, a 32.00 meal. Food was all wrong, cold. The night staff was confrontational and rude. Actual yelling across the restaurant. Worst experience I have ever had eating out. With a crew of at 8, things should have been better.

They had no lids for my drink and I asked for an extra slice of cheese on my burger ( I was charged for it) and they have done this twice in row. How hard is it to put a slice of cheese that I paid for on a damn burger.

I received excellent service. Employees seem happy to work here and greet their customers with enthusiasm. Great place for beef or chicken burgers. The chicken fajitas were really good. Clean restaurant and bathrooms.

I love Whataburger, but this location is the slowest one Ive ever been to. No matter what time I get here... so slow. Drive-thru wait is always over 10 minutes. Food isnt always fresh after the long wait.

Wanted a #1 with cheese, no bun. Their shake machine was broken, they forgot cheese and forgot fries. After waiting in line 20 minutes, had to go in to get my cheese and fries.
