Ordered through Drive Thru and told them no sour cream on my burrito due to a dairy intolerance. When I returned to work on the other side of town and sat down to eat I took one bite to find out they had in fact put sour cream on my burrito. Upon calling the phone rang for a while. The manager finally answered and started out very rude. Im usually cool about mistakes on food orders but when you answer with rudeness in your voice, all bets are off. Lets begin from when she answered: First off, she put me on hold to take an order in drive thru. Second, she told me I could come back for a refund, I explained to her that I stopped there to grab something to eat on my way back to my office because I would not be able to eat until 9pm tonight due to my childrens schedule after I get off work. Third, She then informed me that I could get my order replaced. I again explained to her that I am at work and would not be able to get back to that side of town before 9 PM and I am now left with no food for lunch until then. She said and I quote "Maam I dont know what you want me to do, I cant come feed you". Youre right lady you cant come feed me but what you can do it teach your employees how to read a monitor screen that says NO SOUR CREAM and you can also not be rude when I call and tell you that your employees screwed up. You can also not sound so inconvenienced when you receive a call from a PAYING CUSTOMER. I have never dealt with a manager of a eating establishment that was so rude about something that was their mistake. I asked her "What would happen if it was an allergy and my throat swelled up and I died due to your companies negligence?. Her response was asking me if I wanted the district managers phone number. I indeed got the district managers phone number and told her I not only want a refund but I also want my order replaced and that I have never in my life dealt with a manager who was this rude to a customer. I am writing this as I sit here with my sour cream filled burrito sitting in a bag so I can give it back to them and I am without lunch at 330 in the afternoon having eaten breakfast at 8AM and not getting to eat again until 9PM. My word of advice is to always double check your food when you order from this Taco Bell, you NEVER know what might be in it. Chic-fil-a messed up my order once and I was stuck at work and couldnt get back to have them correct it and the manager had an employee bring me the corrected order...now thats customer service!

I have to say that the older german lady that takes my order is ALWAYS super friendly and nice to me (as she takes my order). the food is always fast, fresh and accurate (whether i eat inside or go thru the drive thru). however, the customers IN the establishment are odd though...I get a lot of people (young and old) stare at you...as you eat. very strange......kind of "children of the corn" kinda strange....

Very well serviced... friendly and efficient staff... my order was wrong and got fixed expidiently... was also given a coupón for a free taco but gave it back to mgr because they more than exceeded my expextations.. Will recommend to everyone... every taco bell should be at this level... Thanks, it was delicious... Id like to invite anyone who SEES this post, to come experience what i did. ..

This place sucks. You cant expect much when it comes to tacobell but when I order something I expect it to be in the bag. I ordered two beefy frito burritos I paid for two instead I get one bean and cheese burrito with a ton of onions what is this. I can honestly Ive never liked Taco Bell and this is why they have idiots working there they cant even read a screen with what goes in which bag.

The cashier was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean! I was extremely happy to find out that this location still had chicken chips. My dad was equally happy to find out that they had enchirotos too.

This place is absolutely disgusting! Found two hairs out of three tacos! When I tried to call and rectify this, the manager hung up on me. Do not ever go to this taco bell! I repeat... absolutely disgusting!!!
