Incredible service! Im specifically writing this review for one staff member that served me today. Carl (Karl?) was one spectacular employee! I ordered my food and received it in a very reasonable time, despite this location being severely understaffed! Carl was handling every customer that walked in and was wonderfully cordial, with even the angriest of customers. In my short time there, I observed very aggressive customers demand their orders from him. He handled these customers calmly and made sure their order was just as they asked. Carl is fabulous under pressure and stress. He held his composure. Carl was also cleaning the store and wiping down all the tables. All of this, handled by one person! If the store owner or higher ups are reading this, I think you should SERIOUSLY consider Carl for a higher position! This man deserves it! Thank you so much for the phenomenal service. I will definitely be returning.

menu items look like they would be good ...you order ,..and when you see your food you are convinced that the tiny burger wrapped in paper is off the value menu and not the high dollar burger you ordered .as you open the paper and see it ( background music similar to the kind that plays when Spock administers a vulcan neck pinch),you realize it IS your high dollar burger....in disbelief you remove the tiny bag with 4 fries that was supposed to be "large" and you turn the bag over thinking "theres got to be more" but there isnt, only a paper towel and a barely legible receipt .

I got to the drive-thru at 6:05. The menu was still showing lunch/dinner, and no one acknowledged I was there. I sat there for a full minute before driving around, and saw a few lights on in the kitchen but I didnt see anyone. I chose BK because its the closest thing to me and I was in a hurry, but I wont be back. Staff is friendly enough when theyre paying attention, but honestly the 2 times Ive gone inside the place it was a mess. Dirty floors, sticky tables...I shouldnt be surprised they dont open on time.

Friendly Service. Check out there app for RIDICULOUS coupons (pro tip: take screen shots of the coupon code so you have them ready). Place is a little run down, playground area has been empty/closed for the past couple years (do something with it). Its definitely time for a refresh on the interior.

Sign says they open at 7am on sundays but the doors were still locked at 10am. Finally got someone to answer the back door and they said they dont open until 12pm. But they never changed the sign on the door. Absolutely disappointing!

Slow but good, the drinks were huge and the food was good but the service not so much. They didnt ask if we wanted ketchup, they didnt take cards. The food was hot and the drinks were cold. I have no complaints besides the service.
