Worst experience ever and I used to work there when I was in high school for 7 years. Went through drive thru they took close to 8 min before they said are you ready to order. I was missing an item so I parked and went inside. The cashier helped me after taking two other customers mind you I was standing on the side close to him with my bag in my hand. When I tell him Im missing an item he states, are you sure you didnt eat it. Doesnt even apologize for the inconvenience or his no filter bad customer service and has the nerve to say come back and see us. I then stated, oh no I wont be back and corporate will hear about this. The gentleman behind me said, wow that was very rude of him to tell you that. The cashier needs to smile more and be helpful.

Very bad experience at this Taco Bell walked i walked in dining room extremely dirty people wiping off their own tables waited 3 4 minutes to order rude cashier Marcos restrooms dirty we ordered i we ordered it 324 14 items we got our order at 3:45 was told they we were short-handed and working to go drive-thru and dining room then the manager told me that the cashier should have told me it would be at least 20 minutes for my order then they started announcing it to all patrons coming into the restaurant that it would be 20 minutes or so for their orders not good for a food establishment right next to all of these outlet malls losing business by the minute

I saw that this location had nothing but bad reviews and I dont get it. I work at the San Marcos Outlets where this store is located and come here at least 6 times a month; I have had the occasional wont order, but no one was ever snarky about fixing it. My experience here is that, yes, sometimes the dining room could look visually cleaner, but the pep area has always been clean when I visit, cashiers are typically very friendly and even know name now. Food is always hot and usually is out very quickly, as I only have a half hour lunch. I hope someone of your will still give them a try despite the older reviews.

I came to the lobby at 9:51 and its locked. The woman finally came up to me at 9:54 and tells me theyre short staffed. I see a wandering idiot in the lobby. Four people working. Im deaf and asked that Id like to order at the front. They insisted to use the drive through which I finally decided to do so. I order at the window. They were completely out of 5 dollar box. She didnt offer anything. Terrible excuses. I ran a whole store when I was a kid back in the day cooking, running the drive through and the front all by myself.

Messed up my order the first trip through the drive thru, I came back through to correct it and they gave me what I thought I had ordered. Pulling away under the impression my order was now okay, I later discovered they gave me exactly what they messed up the first time. To add insult to injury everything was soggy and none of the sauces or shredded chicken tasted like those of any other TB and I have been to many.

The food wasnt too bad, you get what you expect. But, they were out of Dr Pepper and Pepsi! I could understand how they could run out of Dr Pepper, because its popular. But running out of Pepsi? Isnt Taco Bell owned by PepsiCo? Someone needs to learn how to order enough product.

Can I give zero stars? They were supposed to be open until 1 am. It was not even 12:30 AM and no one responded to drive thru after we sat there for at least 5 minutes and said hello into the speaker. Their sign and menu were still on and there were still employees in there.

Filthiest Taco Bell location I have ever been to. The floors were sticky and black from not being mopped. There were visible messes all over the kitchen. Most of the employees were sitting in the back laughing and messing around while I was there. Absolutely disgusting.

We were in the drive thru 5 minutes before closing and they simply refused to answer the intercom. We drove around to the window and no one came. We could see them in there, they just refused to acknowledge us. I guess it was too close to closing time.

Accidently ordered wrong number. Wasnt what I wanted manager Matt didnt even offer to help out the situation. Order was ready no one called my name. Other manager didnt care either. Shouldve read reviews before I stopped now I know.

Went to the drive through 20 minutes before closing and they were unresponsive. We pulled up to the window and the guy inside was happily cleaning away while ignored us. If they close at 11:30 they should revise their hours.
