This was by the WORST fast food experience my husband and I have had. First when we walked in an employee on break was sitting with her family eating and had rap music blaring LOUD on her phone could barely concentrate to order. We ordered sat down and realized that this was the most filthy fast food place we have been to ever. Grease caked everywhere, trash on tables and floors...I felt disgusting just sitting there. Felt like I needed a shower asap. The bathroom looked like a fight had broke out it was disgusting. Our food took 20+ minutes to come out and were the ONLY people waiting. We didnt have a fork for my salad, dressing or his fries. Right before I got to ask for them I heard the girl on break yell "BOSS" to everyone warning them the manager had just pulled up. When I approached the counter the manager and employees were bickering she told them "Youre gonna get me fired" at one point. Reluctantly and uncomfortably I got the fries and they were old, burnt and soggy. The fork I was out of luck on they were out which they didnt mention or I would have got a sandwich. Our bacon cheddar wedges had almost zero cheese or bacon and were also old. As we were leaving the manager and an employee were arguing in the lobby about bumming cigarettes. Not to mention they were cussing loudly the whole time we were there. One side of the ice machine was out the other popped out just a few cubes, no napkins in the lobby, barely any lids. The place looked like it had been vandalized scratches and dents in the walls. Just a horrible experience. AWFUL

The food was pretty good ordered the munchie meal with the cheese burger with the grilled cheese sandwich on top.. it was damn good. But I started to get a little sick to my stomach when I started watching the guy prepping the food.. I mean seriously if I had seen it before I started eating I would have walked out. The guy had long hair not even pulled back, hed flip his hands through his hair and wipe his nose with his hands and then go right back to digging in peoples food.. he never washed his hands Hed simply wipe them on his dirty pants and then go back at making peoples food. I talked to the manager and I got the impression that nothing is going to be done about it bit who knows. I hate to complain, because I know their job is hectic and they dont get paid hardly anything, but seriously this made me want to throw up.

Tonight I waited by the drive thru entercom till I said Hello. After I placed my order I drove to the window paid right away and again waited for what felt like an hour. Once given my bag I checked to make sure I was given all I ordered. I was not given my receipt, napkins or the condiments i asked for. Once home the first thing i unwrap is my spicy chicken sandwich. My bread is hard, lettuce is brown and upon opening my burger I find old tomatoes one with black mildew. My food was warm but obviously not fresh. So i cant help but wonder why it took so long for her to bag my food if they didnt have to cook it. Very disappointed. I have not had a problem at this location until tonight. Lost my appetite.

Today was the first good experience Ive had here, and Ive been here A LOT. But looks like they have a new GM, a black guy whose name I didnt catch. He was on the employees about being on their phones and was reminding them that he checks the cameras when he comes in in the mornings. Seemed like an easy-going but firm manager. Hopefully he whips that place into shape. Im a very patient person, but when you stop ten times in a row and they dont have rice for teriyaki bowls EVER, it gets kind of old. But today was a good experience. Everything was clean and stocked, bathroom looked run down but clean, service was excellent.

Okay I dont dislike this place I actually just have not been to a Jack In The Box in a while. However the order I placed was the triple bacon butter burger only one piece of bacon it looks like it was just thrown together its very good. I asked for regular friends and got a mix which Im actually okay with. There was only 2 people working and theres only one person actually eating there. Everybody there was nice. They had no sweet tea left. Yet another bummer. I dont usually write a review on anything so Im hoping that this will actually help them step up their game. The time that I was around 120-130 in the afternoon

No body in line and I waiting 20+minutes. I watched one lady get my food together just for the only other guy on shift take my meal apart and give it to the drive through who just pulled up. They are out of everything and dont even give a care. $3 for literally 3 onion rings. I asked the lady about it and she said thats how it is and walked away. Poor service. Would not recommend this place. Has to be better Jack in the boxes out there.

Worst ever. Raw and undercooked rice in my teriyaki bowl. Super spicy teriyaki sauce. My husbands SPICY chicken sandwich was not spicy at all. The Coca-Cola Freestyle machine was out of over half the flavors. The food took forever to come. Employees on their personal cell phones behind the counter instead of working and yelling about other employees being late. Total waste of time and money.

My daughters cheese burger feel to the floor after her only eaten one bite, a worker was cleaning a table next to us and saw it happen. She told us she would have them make her another one. After a few minutes Ashe came back and told is the cooks told her no they couldnt make us a new burger. They instead stood around laughing and visiting with one another. Just thought it was tacky!

Long wait for food, Chicken teriyaki bowl was spicier then my SPICY chicken sandwich. Lobby was dirty and only 2 people working the dinner shift. And when we got our food we were told to ask for anything else we could want...except to do this we would have to walk outside to ask both employees, who were smoking by the main entrance.

I wait like for 10 min to take my order plus 20 min to get it done. I ordered a southwest salad, drove off i was kissing my dressing plus the lettuce looks like if they made the salad like 2 days ago nasty salad.. try call back a few times but they never answered.

Worst experience. Memorial Day weekend and only 3 people in the back working at a snails pace even when the flowed picked up. Stuffing tacos with their bare hands and had to get my money back after waiting 20 minutes for two burgers.

Waited in the DT for 45 mins for 4 orders of tacos with only one vehicle in front of us. Not one to complain but when we pulled up to the window there was absolutely nobody eating inside. Whats the hold up? :/

Guy in front of me said his sanwhich had been sitting for 5 minutes, my food was ok. my wifes tacos were really greasy and my burger was wrong but no biggie. Get it together and itll be a 5 star JIB
